Even if they didnt zoom in, it was always clear that in that scene when they reunited, they kept hugging and kissing. It was always one of my absolute favorite scenes in the drama because in that moment they were truly free for the first time to really be together and express that love. It gives the viewers a good chance to also imagine what happens after that scene. We can imagine they fully enjoyed each other lol.

After watching all the kisses Director Lee filmed for Romance Is A Bonus Book, I like our kisses better  Even though he had to do a drone shot for the last scene, it is still one of my favorite moments though. It  did make me want to travel to Switzerland.

Affirmative, Agent FK@t. I covered your eyes during the kissing scenes in Switzerland.  But you coughed and sneezed so hard each time that I had to remove my hand from your eyes. You thought I didn't know they were fake coughs and sneezes ??  You actually saw all kissing scenes and retakes, faker !  Tsss, innocent eyes, my foot !

 

You better not be a snitcher rat to Master Cho about our chocolate money.  I bought the 4 clover seeds with our chocolate money not just to impress Binnshi.  I bought the seeds as a diversion, to keep him occupied and off guard while he was looking at the seeds, so I can secretly take photos of HB and YJ with my fake water bottle equipped with a hidden video camera.  You didn't know I had it because I never told you, and I was successful and I thought we were on our way to get that big FAT Bonus check from Master Cho.

 

But do you remember what you did to me that night?  You had me crawl under YJ's trailer at their Switzerland location site.  Yes, you helped me set up my electronic insects that can take photos and record voices from YJ's trailer's closed window and roof.  Yes, the electronic bugs and insects we set up were perfect and cannot be detected.  Then you left me because you had to go on a date with a gorgeous Swiss man.  So  fine, you worked hard that day so I let you go.  I can do it.  Easy peasy.  I was just waiting until midnight so I can retrieve the bugs and go back to the hotel.  I just needed  another 15 minutes . I was  so happy smiling  from ear to ear I can almost taste our bonus check, until I felt something biting me from inside my jeans.  ANTS !!!!!  There were so many of them !!!!  In my confusion and haste trying to get my things together so I can leave the small dusty space under the van,  my head hit the floor of the trailer !!. BOGG!  I heard YG's voice : Mwoya??  My limited Korean translated it to  " What the hell ?"  A male voice , HB, said .." Sssh, just paparazzo.  It's nothing. "

 

So I hurriedly retrieved the electronic bugs and left quietly, while scratching all over.  When I got to the hotel, I was so happy that I had the electronic bugs but on examination, the recording switch were turned off, you forgot to turn them on when you set them up !  All that time under that dusty van and ant bites for nothing !!!

 

When you came back from your date,  you knocked at my door, your face so pale and  I can smell the liquor when you spoke.  You said that all our secret films were gone !  Your date was a sneaky reporter,  stole them all from  inside your purse ! Shame on you, Agent K !  We never got our bonus. Mission FAILED !

 

Anyway, that's water under the bridge now.  And oh,  just so you know, when you're off duty, you can't go clubbing with any Jordanian man, I don't care if he is gorgeous or not.  Not this time !  I will be watching your every move, Agent K@t !

She didn't kiss his hand. If you listen closely, it was at that time after the additional conversation between them she was starting to lose her composure so her head went down before heavily sobbing/crying and then going into the additional kiss.

 

At first I thought the sound was coming from the person that did the zoom-in but it was definitely from SYJ. It sounded like his mic picked up her crying because it got louder once her head went towards his chest. I'm not sure if the additional speaking and crying was part of the writer's or producer's attempt to show more realism that after being separated so long the encounter just didn't end with the initial kiss but they also continued to interact as part of the plot or if it was HB and SJY coming through. It does seem strange to zoom out but still allow the sound to be heard. I don't remember seeing/hearing it in CLOY. I might need to re-watch that portion.

Thank you , @RiRiGaGa FOR THE BEAUTIFUL POEM capturing Jinnie's  perspective.  I read it in between work but today as i have my breakfast in my terrace amidst early sunrise with blooming vandas and polynopsis, i find it very Romantic and appreciate the effort put into it. I also like the  write-up that followed. I will DM you for the poem on Binnie's perspective as i missed it.

 

I myself is considered having a strong character and personality as i grew up being the only girl in a military family . Then i took up a technical discipiline in Engineering and became a CEO amidst the male dominated environment especially working for a Giant european company. I can relate very well with SYJ  . What made her strong were her experiences of going against some expectations and being bold in her decisions regarding the path she wants to take. Again, HB took the same bold decision amidst his success being in rom-com by entering the military service to give time for himself to re-think and then returned doing action films. When you do such decisions... yeah... you can be alone and feel lonely as expressed by both. 

But the UNIVERSE has a plan  and   that is Destiny. I remember a quote saying...."Do not worry about your children because they have their own DESTINY." 

 

They found each other! Sometimes, i wonder if we (BinJin Nation)  are part of that destiny?  I have a feeling , WE ARE!

Love everything about what you posted @RiRiGaGa. I agree wholeheartedly. BINJIN don’t conform to the norm or try to be, but rather find a level ground where they can come together and applaud their differences. They have challenge each other through some obnoxious, but clever banters, and are still having a good time. It’s not about eliminating the differences, but treating each other the same regardless. Their uniqueness is vital to each coupled with respect and appreciation for one another. There is no power one person holds over another because what they have is a partnership worth protecting. Ha ha ha i like that scene too and agree with your statement.

 

Please also observe the hug in that scene. It is more visible in episode 16 compared to the selection as presented on the second kiss. The  other hand of HB is too low. My husband is also 6 ft tall. The placement of his hands indicate the pressure needed for the body of SYJ to be close against his body.

Now I've admitted on various occasions I don't speak Korean  so if she is saying a word there's definitely some loss of composure sprinkled with some sobbing/crying. She was definitely fighting to control her emotions. Turn up the volume (that's what I had to do), if you haven't already done so, and I think you'll be able to appreciate it more. I had to do my The Rat move .

lol I just looked. They finished filming Spellbound April 4 2011. So Binnie was in military on March 7. There were talks of him potentially doing military in 2010 before it was officially confirmed he was doing military in January 19 2011. They started filming Spellbound on  Dec 27 2010.. Umm
