Hello binjin shipper . Yejin's fans here not long. Come to love her due to here new drama SitR and begun a shipper to binjin bcoz of their amazingly comfortable to each other. And i just wanna hightlight my opinion about their upcoming drama their ending i guess is sad.

I'd like to think that this is what happened to them in real life. During the start of the Negotiation shooting, they seemed not that close yet but during the promotions a year after. we can clearly see that they've become closer. And until now in 2019 ,what w/ the LA meet-up and now the drama shooting, obviously they're tight. It's just so crazy to think they've been around the industry for more than a decade and they both have many common friends in the Chungmuro circle, that their paths only intersected in 2017. And although Negotiations may have fallen short of the expectations box-office-wise, it' still for me one of the most phenomenal movies, as w/o it HB & SYJ would not have this connection now.

 

Btw, this 2010 vid below shows that SYJ long before had a "connection" w/ most of HB's innermost Chungmuro male circle of friends. She seemed the only female star sitting in that row along with Gong Hyung Jin, Shin Hyunjoon, Song Seung Hoon, w/ SYJ sitting right beside HB’s close hyung Park Joonghoon & Ahn Sungki beside him.

Lee Jung Hyun got married (to a non-celeb if I am not wrong) earlier this year. 
 

In this Soompi post published yesterday, it was reported - “Lee Jung Hyun is known for being part of a friend group of famous actresses, including Ko So Young, Lee Min Jung, and Sung Yuri. When asked if they recommended that she get married, she replied, “They strongly recommended it.“ 

 

Ko So Young is Jang Dong Geon’s wife (Jang Dong Geon (JDG) is Hyun Bin’s long time friend and sunbaenim). In another post I read that Ko So Young is so eager for her friends to get married that she even help set up dates for them. Haha..can she help her husband’s good friend, Hyun Bin please? 
 

In another part of the same Soompi post, it is stated, “She added, “Ko So Young has recently started pushing me to have a baby. Son Ye Jin congratulated me a lot. She even came with us on our honeymoon. I see her quite often and we had fun then too.”.
 

Sorry I can’t help but share this here. I just find it so coincidental and interesting that Lee Jung Hyun mentioned both Ko So Young and Son Yejin in the same breath haha  
So, let’s get the connections right. Both Ko So Young and Son Yejin are friends with Lee Jung Hyun. Both attended her wedding. Ko So Young is Hyun Bin’s bff’s wife. Talk about a small world and coincidences! I repeat. Can Ko So Young help her husband’s bff and her mutual Son Yejin please? 

 

But, but, isn’t it a lil strange that Son Yejin gate crashed Lee Jung Hyun’s honeymoon?

Let me share a lil re JDG and Ko So Young. Both had dating rumors for years and they both denied to death until just a few months before their wedding when they announced they had been dating for two years (mind you, their dating rumors started many more years earlier than the two years of dating admitted by them). One or two months after that announcement, they announced their wedding. If you are curious, you may want to work the dates backwards from the birth date of their firstborn son to get one juicy detail haha.

 

JDG is ten years older than Hyun Bin and he got married in 2010. I would love for Hyun Bin to take the same trajectory and be married at the same age as his bff haha..

 

Re Son Yejin, am I right to think that of the 7 Cinderellas, only Son Yejin and Gong Hyojin are still single?

 

Re the two of them being in the same Chungmuro circle or hanging out with the same people in the Chungmuro circle, though I have joined in to give you even more connections that I have found, honesty, I won’t make a big a deal out of it..It’s a small circle after all. It would be natural for these very established actors and actresses to hang out with the same few people in the industry. There are quite a fair bit of links here, there and everywhere. For example, if I am not wrong, Son Yejin did a CF together with Hwang Jeong Min not too long ago. Hwang Jeong Min is also a sunbaenim Hyun Bin is very close to. In his recent Esquire interview, Hyun Bin mentioned about Hwang Jeong Min’s advice about acting to him. He and Hyun Bin are also going to be the two leads in the movie The Bargaining which will begin shooting shortly after Crash Landing of Love (I somehow stored away the month of April in the recesses of my memory though I can’t recall if and where I read about this).
 

So yes, my point is this - the two of them definitely have a lot of commonalities including a common circle of friends. This fact alone doesn’t mean anything. Like what firstaid has said, one would have expected their paths to cross much earlier than it actually did. 
 

That said, as Hyun Bin himself seems to prefer having someone who can understand his profession and his needs as an actor, I think it will be better for him if he ends up with someone in the same industry and who shares a common circle of mutual friends with him. It will be an enlarged circle of friends though this does make it more difficult and complicated when either of them have to take on a romantic partner role with another in their enlarged group of friends haha..However, this problem will become less and less of a problem as they get older as they  will no longer get such roles. 

 

Well, only time will tell where all of this is leading to or if it is meant to lead anywhere.

Just to continue elaboratrle of my thoughts on why i said their drama CloL ending might be sad. 1)hb & syj is impossible to get to be together since hb has a fiancee. Syj's family keep finding. And maybe kjh be the close family friend of syj and eventually like her. Its just one sided where syj treat him as brother. Until this guy kjh is also comes from a well to do family and he has an access to visit north for his business purposes also. Until such time he found syj in the shelter of hb where hb has already a fiancee. 2)hb will eventually married sjh in response to her fiancee's parents as when they found out that hb has slowly turn his back with them bcoz he found his real Love. Sjh will become more demanding and fierce until his parents notice her change attitude. Moreover, to save syj well being in north so hb has no choice but to go ahead the wedding. When they got married they produce this child we saw in switzerland. They went to switzerland for 2 purpose sending or releasing syj and at same time family holiday for hb. 3) by the time hb will married thats the time syj would be get out from north tru the help of kjh connection and maybe with the help of hb wife and thats the time syj will be release from north and be sent to switzerland instead directly to korea. So this is my guessing for the ending. Pls recall the photos we've seen where hb escorted syj in uniform. So thats the ending.( TAKE NOTE: the photos we saw here in soompi post by some about swirtzerland, might thats the story where syj was vacationing and at same time doing her love of sports paraglyding.) IN THIS DRAMA CLOL: SYJ take a big leap of faith doing another challenging role. The title is emergency landing means accidentally for a short time only as she land in north and in due course will be resolve and she will be sending back in safety. So their LOVE STORY with hb is just a short period. All we can see about them is in hiding and running just avoid the north korean authorities. We wont be able to see syj having a gorgeous fashion style where she is in north. We can see a little glimpse of her super duper rich as her title role stated yet its just a short span when at 1st episode- where they will showcase her lifestyle and her family as rich in korea. However when she goes for vacationing to switzerland thats the ending of their life in south korea. The south korea syj's family are all busy to look for better options on how to get her out from north. Literally all episode focus on the north side. Take note too all the army where some actors participate that role... So guys my beloved shipper we embrace with love and support for these brief of staring and breathing in the same air with our binjin couple in future. Might lots news and another shipping will comes IF in case my intuition is almost close to. Nevetheless by our love with these two lovely soul binjin maybe the writer will change and make it wonderfully beautiful the ending so as we could bring these drama forever in our hearts if somehow they won't date and married. I just prepare myself to be conscious about the ending. We must be united in purpose that our shipping binjin will be answer by our Lord tru like a Haystack Prayer. We pray that they will fall to each other and date and get married and bear twins and then syj will get back to work coz she is one of the best actress either in film or drama. Wow so much request LORD, thank you Lord GOD for granting our hearts request. And if its not God's will, then still thankful coz they will remain as close friends. @randomlee as i remember what i read before, HB's bff and wife (jdg ksy) had their first date in LA 

They had a movie together and were always rumored to be dating but they always denied saying they're just close friends. Then they met in LA and had dinner together. Then they started dating... The movie together, and LA part sounds familiar huh? 

 

Anyways i miss HB so much and also miss seeing BinJin together so i watched the video of their movie showcase again. Sigh. They're just so cute together. I also love their witty banter. 

 

I also watched Negotiation again. i really love their acting! So intense! I remember last year i watched this movie without any english subs coz i can't wait for the subbed copy to come out. Haha

@Fangirlingislife Oh my! It takes a fellow Hyun Bin fan to remind me of the similarities! YES!!! I remember that! And just recently I came across a Rampant promo clip - stage greetings and press con and realized how in sync Hyun Bin was when he was with Jang Dong Geon - in

much the same way he was with Son Yejin during The Negotiation promo - the way he and JDG turned their heads at the same time and the way they put their right hand behind their right ear when they were a lil embarrassed - I was kinda amazed at how in sync they were and how everything appeared as if there is some destiny behind their friendship - I mean JDG and Hyun Bin. Indeed, some times truth seems stranger than fiction.

Yes they are still filming but the whole production team is so secret about it. These are the pictures from CLL soompi page. The team was on the way to Nokkome. It seems many shootings occurred on Jeju Island.

@Loveumore Thank you for posting your POV. As for me, I'm hopeful that there will be a happy ending for them in the drama. I've seen most of the writer's works (about 6 of them) and she has always given the viewers feel-good endings. Happy ending or not, I have such high hopes for  the drama not only because I believed in HB & SYJ's talents but also because I am highly impressed with the writer's works so far. I love her witty lines and I am so amazed how she comes up with her storylines. 

 

Glad to read here the Jang Donggun-Go soyoung connection to our couple  I've actually broached that topic before in SYJ's thread  and said that HB & SYJ might be so similar to what happened to them. Unfortunately no one reacted on that note so it just ended there. 

 

Anyways, as it's been so quiet the past few days with not even a whisper on what's been happening now with our couple, I just wanted to post part of what has been translated before of SYJ's The Fact interview as posted in SYJ's thread (for the whole article it's on p. 596 there, cr fchopin). I chose this part coz not only HB has seen the "real" SYJ but she did that also with him and the facets she appreciated about him are the most important ones that mattered. Her answers may be short but it says a lot. 

 

Working together for almost two months, do you see similar or different working styles? I also wonder about your rapport with actor Hyun Bin.

I sensed it at the time of filming, but when I was scheduled to attend stages all over the country, I realized Hyun Bin is full of charms. He’s usually reserved but very humorous.  Not just me, he listened to other people very well.  I am grateful for the wonderful actor and the pleasant memories of good work.

Sis i am in favor too and really hopeful to a happy ending for CLL drama, however we can't set aside our assumptions of what we've been seeing those photos happens in switzerland. We never know, its a 16episodes projs so its ending will totally depends on the writers viewpoint whether she will create a whimsical turnout for this accidental love affairs or she will create something i favor to the majority audience wants

With writer’s previous works,she can make love story between mermaid & human, alien & human..so i think SK & NK love story not a big deal to her..

 

But if no happy ending,it doesn’t matter as long as the writer can give us kissing scene in every episode

Jdg/ksy same birth year same age and the label their courting days as bestfriend coz no knows until they announced there union. Their only difference both they got married at age of 37, give birth to their 1st child at age 38 and 2nd at age 41. However, binjin loveteam as i would say for now coz they aren't a couple yet are both from batch 1982 dateofbirth. They're not married nor a couple. But the whole wide world knows they both are best of friends. It looks like their character of their friendship if i can remember its same to what i watch in syj's drama "Personal Taste". On this drama syj and leeminho were hiding their true feelings and they both telling themselves that they are chingu hahaha but both will get jealous when others stars trying to court her or him. Sort of that binjin were trying to emulate this type of situation before they could both say YEs you are my one. Pardon me if i am wrong, syj mentioned bfore during 1 of her moviepresscon where she was asked to choose 1 of all her lead actors to be with and park haeil was emerge and the reasons for choosing is not by looks but by base on character. So i guess she and hb are best of friends yet with this span of 2019 we never know also wether hb really courting or if his courting, is he consistent or he just also decided to b just be a close friend. I am yejin fans here. I was one of the craziest of having both to end them as couple but reading along the way, both denied then i paused and ponder...then trying convince myself maybe they choose to be closefriend rather than they will let go to their new found friendship. Nevetheless, now and then still hopeful and praying for miracle to happens that binjin would decide to b a real couple, get preg first(sorry) then married.
