Hello Binjin shoppers!!

Wow, Soompi forum has a new look. It's a much cleaner look overall!

 

Our Binjin seems to be resting now - hope they are having a peaceful and happy time together. They have lots to catch-up with each other, after being apart for 2.5 months when HB was in Jordan. Both look so radiant, healthy and contented in the recent pictures and videos of them, so I believe love must be filling their hearts and feeding their souls.

 

I came across this post on twitter of another celebrity couple from Chinese entertainment, whom I admire cuz of their sweet and beautiful love story. They always seem so happy and joyful together, same as our Binjin couple. This chinese star couple got married in 2019 after dating for a few years. Back in 2011, the young actor Zhang Ruoyun, wrote a note of how he feels about Tang Yixin, his girlfriend (at that time) and his words reminded me a lot about Binjin. So allow me to post it here and let me know your thots too!

Zhang Ruoyun's memo about his girlfriend (now wife) Tang Yixin :

 

I especially love the following parts :
"Protect her, believe in her, support her but don't rule over her."

"Be her earth, but don't be her sky."

"She likes romance, but romance isn't everything. Understanding her, is more important than romancing her."

 

I also think point #2 reminds me a lot about Yejin:

"She likes to be independent, but also (has moments where she) needs to rely on someone."

 

 

As I read the note above, I am reminded of what HB said about the type of marriage and husband he wants to be in this 2005 interview below (video under spoiler) :

HB said he wants a marriage where he loves his wife passionately, as long as he lives.

 

 

 

Even at that young age back in 2005, HB already said he wants his spouse to pursue her own life and happiness. He said it again in a more recent interview where he stated he admires and respect a woman who works hard and pursues her passion and dreams, especially within the entertainment industry, and he will even fall in love with such a woman (and he DID!!! Cuz he met SYJ)

I believe Binjin's love story inspires a lot of us, because they are equals, who respect, admire and like each other A LOT as friends and colleagues, and they fell in love with each other when they realise they have found their soulmates. That's what all of us here believe, right? Even when we revisit their love story again and again, and discuss about their romance again and again, we never tire of hearing or reading about it. Their story put stars in our eyes and hearts. 

 

As we patiently wait for Binjin and wish them only the best for their life together, I hope this little side story give you some cheer and a heart full of love!

 Binnie's reaction. His reaction with director Kim is fun over toy sword during Rampant promo period. Well if he decides to do Confidential Assignment 2  - it is with The Pirates director now and not with director Kim (again/that would have made it 3x)   That MC was also at The Wandering Chef screening/also interviewed them during TN time. 

 

 

 

During The Pirates promo period, Jinnie shared that she was giving YoonA acting advice. I love what she said then:

@Halinakorea it doesn’t.  Your votes should be counted.  You can check on your accumulated votes each time after voting,  I think It’s a voting strategy.   Someone hold off a large number of votes and release near ending time to gain position.  Team Seo Yeji is an example.  They were far below but raced to second position in the last hour and beat team Yejin at the last minute with few thousand hearts.  It’s like a marathon

It seems jinnie was on top a 100K or more before itS near ends. Did seo ye ji beat ye jin..? i just open mine again and it seems the voting re started. Is it daily voting and restart again the following day? Am confused ! I did not yet use my ever heart. Is that fine? Am just Using my daily heart as per instruction.

@Halinakorea they beat us on both sides when voting ended.  It was a good fight though.  Voting restarts every day at midnight KST time.  Each day, a celeb will get points from their ranking.  1st gets 100, 2nd gets 99 pts, 3rd gets 98 pts and so on.  Who has the most total points over 30 days wins.  We are in for a long fight

Hmmm, we have to fight then wisely. So both binjin at 2nd place for the 1st day..not yet bad..though the voting system is quite complicated. We have to double efforts to collect hearts haja

Still am a bit confused how this AAA measures the winners outcome ?. Is it based on the number of hearts given or the numbers of daily top rank?

They don’t explain the rule very well in the app.  I know those from @team_binjin on Twitter .  The winner is based on daily ranking.  If you are familiar with us electoral system, it’s kinda like that.  The strategy is not to use ever hearts when our OTP is in safe distance.  Use all daily hearts because it will expire at the end of day.   The rule said it counts the last 30 days of voting, but From 10/14 - 11/15,  there are 33 days,  does it mean yesterday and today won’t be counted?  Or do they have some break days between?
