JWan is in his office. He looked in his drawer and noticed something is missing. He got a call, received a parcel, with a return notice on it. Did he send the rings?

 

JWon in his office as per preview. GW came in, long silence standing there until he asked her what's the matter? GW is stuttering and so very nervous. She said she likes him. JWon looked up. She apologized, and kept saying sorry. But she asked him to not be a priest and can he just remain in the hospital? Not God but can he stay by her side? She said sorry again. JWon just looked at her in silence, got up, walked to her, touched her hair and kissed her. WOOOOHHOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Oh my gosh. Watch Netflix. They reveal all this stuff about Jwon regarding GW that we never saw before. Him worried outside when she had the allergic reaction and was in the emergency room. Wow.  Finally we are seeing his side more blatantly. Also, after his conversation with Song Hwa, he wanted to tell GW the news about his decision to stay first so he told her don’t tell the other guys yet. This is amazing development for Winter Garden. He looks so happy.

Flashback to IJ asking when GW started liking JWon? She said the first time she saw him, she likes him already. Flashback again to a professor gave a bread and milk to GW and asking her to choose their surgery. A senior doctor came into introduce JWon. GW got up and wiped the cream off her mouth and it's love at first sight, people.... JWon go around to introduce himself.

 

Flashback again to IJ telling them that GW is in the ER. JWon is deep in thought and he told the guys he has something to do and left running, yes! he went to the ER. Waited long at the entrance and finally opened the door, but he didn't get in. Nurse came and asked him to go in, but he didn't want to, and he asked her to please take care of JGW.

 

Flashback to SHwa talking with JWon earlier. She said something about being happy. JWon told her not to tell the other guys first that there is someone he wants to tell first. SHwa smiled, opened the window and said "so it's really GW/Winter(?). Winter is here, winter is here"

 

Back to the kissing, which continues on.... JWon singing came on as BGM, and he kissed her again while the first snow fall outside the window. He then hugged her.

 

SH leaving his office, he got a message from MH. Asking him to eat, and MH is really quite persuasive in her way. He really needs someone like her. He replied to her text but kept changing it. I can't read what he replied. As soon as the text is out, a phone call came in. I didn't catch who called. Doesn't look good. SH answered it as he walked out. And that is the end of Season 1.

Congratulations to Winter Garden Shipper, for being strong and believe that Jung Won reciprocate Gyeo Wool's feelings.

GW fall in love at the first sight when JWon joined Yulje. We still don't know when JWon fall in love with her but during her allergic scenes, he already had the feelings for her.

 

During the talk with SHwa, SHwa already knew about JWon feelings for GW and agreed with his decision to stay behind as a doctor. She even teased him by saying, the winter is here... Gyeo Wool-ie  and JWon smiles listening to that 

 

 I'm happy that we have one couple confirmed for the next season. I hope to see more SHwa's POV and her answer to IJ, but we need to wait for 2nd season in 2021 to see it.

the previous 2 pages are full of winter garden pictures. I'm not complaining because I too celebrate their union

Looking at songhwa encourage Jeongwon with his own love line. One can believe that she also do justice for her own happiness right???

I scream from the top of my lungs when they kiss.

 

Then Seokmin and Sunbin. I KNOW Dragon ssaem has feelings about Sunbin. I really can't believe when he confessed just like that for the first time. I'm glad he muster up some courage to ask her again for dinner. (But poor Yunbok tho )

 

Also, I'm worried about Junwan and Seokhyung.

Iksong is truly the main pairing of this drama definitely have no complain though they complement each other well,  and wintergarden with barely any major development throughout the 11 eps suddenly sailed
