* Jwon is having headache often right? is it possible he knew he is sick and he didn't tell the gang? If i remember it right he was talking to Ikjun in epi 10 about kids don't lie " but adults pretend that they are not sick when they are" .

* I also notice something when SH told Jwon he should get married he stopped and look at SH.

* Is it also possible that Jwon knew the flower of Gyeol is from Ikjun not from boyfriend thats why it not bothered.

* Maybe on the episode 12 Jwon will go under operation for his headache then became coma the Gyeol will be in his side til season 2 time lapse Season 2  starts he woke up doesnt remember Gyeol .  At that time he will be the one will pursue Gyeol .

* End of Season 1 Jwon and Gyeol  together but somethng bad happen to Jwon the father who threat him hit him in the head cause bad Jwon undergo operation.. in coma then season 2 Gyeol pregnant or with mini wintergarden (a lot of things coming to my mind:sweat_smile:)

While I do admit YYS+SHB make a pretty couple, I just don't "feel" AJW+JGW. GW is just so.... bland - for lack of better word - when with JWon. Either the character was badly written or the actors misinterpret their characters.

Knowing what we know about JWon, I feel like he need some sparks in his life. I imagine that he would pair nicely with a passionate domestic abuse counselor or a family law specialist who initially wants to stay single and be a nun or something. They meet, they clash, they misunderstood each other, they reconcile and bam! And there is also that hurdle of serving God.

As per how things are going, GW is more interesting with IJ. Lively even. At least she doesn't become a doormat.

I personally find this is more interesting than the cliche "bubbly spirited girl melts/intrigues a guy". I also disagree that a spirited character is more fitting to be with Jungwon. He is someone who has a lot of worries and uncertainity about his life choices for now. He needs an emotionally steady person to help him get through the turbulances of his life.

Gyeoul is a passionate person, she just doesnt show it much. For example, the way she chased the abusive father and never give up on it. And somehow her meeting Mina through a BTS' fan club event is telling me that she is a passionate fan, lol.

If you mean the spirited kind of passion like Geum Jandi, I don't think its a good idea. I don't think that kind of person can understand the complexity of Jwon's character, and perhaps can tick him off by being too argumentative with him. And like I said before, that kind of person who can rarely bring solace and steadiness in his life. Jungwon is already emotional enough, he can not sleep for days, month even, when his patient dies. Instead, he will need someone who can balance his emotion and sensitivity.

Edit: Winter Garden did have a moment of misunderstanding. Jungwon said in earlier episode that JGU wasnt his cup of tea. His opinion has been changing throughout the story.

@loveiskim oh dear some how I feel like we are riding on a canoe along with the other ships lol.  I'm loving the cruise so far, so no problem with our minority status :D

@nhquan94 xin chào =))) Ik-Song shipper, I guess? (from your profile picture). I swoon over Ik-Song moments sometimes too. They're lovely but I always have a feeling that they will end up being a bickering best friend couple like Jongsu and Rosa. Tbh, I'm team Songhwa, so whoever she chooses, I'll be fine with it.

MH is another thing. She is a lovable scenestealer. The scene when she confessed to SH was brilliantly done. The way she blurted out her confession. What a bear! It took SH completely by surprise. And when she return to ask him not to pretend things didn't happen, one can see the apprehension that she has. She wasn't that confident after all. When SH initially laughed off when MH asked if he liked her, I thought that was genuine and he really didn't have any thoughts about her. But I'm pretty sure that he was shaken by her forthright admission and is not quite sure what to do about it. However, I believe MH and SH's mom would get along fabulously:)

I googled a bit about MH's actress AEJ and found out she was in Kingdom. Wow! And I really love her short crop which is so unlike the typical Korean female artists who tend to keep long locks.

Yeah, I can see your point. Her character is not easy to like/ understand at first sight, like Shwa e.g.  At first , it was annoying to watch her behaving like this. As a health worker myself, when I saw her talking to the child’s mom I was shocked too. But I have to recognize the work of the Director/ writer in developing  her character so we can see now why of her odd behavior and her true self and even start loving her

Although, I hope a too  more drastic development in her character like Jang NaRa in Fated to love you. I was upset at first when they separated but when I saw her grow like that, I understood

Anyways I can say almost safely now that we’re almost at the end of season 1, this is not over yet and we’ll have to wait probably to the next seasons to see more

cheers!

Ừ xin chào : )) haha I saw the photo somewhere in this forums and just found out it cute : )) Maybe this is one of the reasons SW want to learn guitar bass I guess? Anyway shipping is fun and all the ship is fine to me if the writer can deliver it in a reasonable way : )))

___ Cap ___

________

Can you help to draw IJ teaching bass to SW?

--------------------

SW: If I do this then it's good, is it?

IJ: Yup. SW, you are getting well pretty much

Jeon Mi Do has teamed up with Elle magazine for a pictorial and interview!

Although she is well-known in the musical world, having won Best Musical Actress Award for two years straight at the Korea Musical Awards, tvN’s “Hospital Playlist” is the first time Jeon Mi Do is greeting viewers through a TV drama.

In the interview that followed the photo shoot, Jeon Mi Do was asked how it felt to see her name rise in search rankings for the first time and she said, “At first, I was scared. For a moment, I wondered if I’d done something wrong. It was after I saw how happy people were around me that I realized it was for something positive. Director Shin Won Ho told me to just accept it as my destiny now.”

She also opened up about her co-stars in the drama. Jeon Mi Do said, “When it comes to fellow female cast members, I make more of an effort to meet up with them. I actually recently met up with Ahn Eun Jin and Shin Hyun Bin outside of the drama for the fist time. With the other ’99’ers,’ we have had band practice once a month even after the drama ended. We’ve grown very affectionate of each other.”

The theme song (which is about waiting) plays after every episode so far.  And there’s a riff called “Flower Garden” playing in the background of that theme song.  It’s like the writer and PD telling us after every episode...keep the faith...wait for it...Flower Garden...Flower Garden... rhythmic strumming in the background... slowly but surely... let’s keep paddling. :)

@romancetrash, I had to google Geum Jandi because I don't know who is that... But nope, that isn't the kind of love interest I imagine for JWon. God knows how I'm even creeped-out by the way JWon talks to kids...

Anyhow, when I say passionate, I don't mean the bubbly super happy kind. I gave the example "passionate domestic abuse counselor or a family law specialist who initially wants to stay single and be a nun or something", and I imagined someone who is principled and passionately fights for a cause. Kind of like Cha Young Jin in Nobody Knows. A personality like CYJ in my opinion, would fit JWon. Cold in the outside, but warm and caring inside. For now, with GW, she just feel like an outlier.

JWon is portrayed as being more conscious of GW to other female characters, but is it because he is trying to distance himself from temptation? That wasn't how things appeared to me, at least up until the day GW was picked up by the black car.

I appreciate they made GW look a bit nerdy. Her hair is not perfectly coiffed and is a bit messy at times. Her fashion is somewhat non-existent. She is quite a big eater too. Those are endearing. But I still can't imagine her going on a date with JWon just yet. Considering that JWon is originally from a different hospital, not much is shown about what made her have a crush on JWon, and for him to feel the same way about her.

I understand that she is Auntie in Changvon who look after Uju while Ikjun is away?

Xin chàoooo! I'm trying to keep a cold head when it comes to shipping. So yeah, flowergarden is fine if they make it convincing to me haha.

Anyway, this might be a very unpopular opinion but somehow episode 10 made me jump off the Ik-Song ship, because of how hyper Ikjun acted on the "proposal" scene. I have no hate for the actor or character, IK is a good person, a good doctor and he tried hard to be a good father to Uju despite his busy schedule, just... in that very "proposal" scene, I found Ikjun really annoying. I don't know how to put it but I don't exactly approve of his tactics. He went the extra miles to set JW up with GW, only ended up making a fool out of GW herself. Look how uncomfortable and embarassed she is. I don't know if his "if you're thankful then choose my surgery" is just a joke to GW but it's weird how later he acted like she betrayed him or something. The dynamic btw GW and IJ starts to feel very weird to me. I know that IJ is portrayed as someone having a great sense of humor but if they let it on too much, I don't think it's a good idea for the character.

Later in ep 10 when he tried to confront JW, it feels weird to me too. IJ only saw JW 1- acting unusually not polite to GW, 2- looked around to check if GW's really there when IJ said "Oh it's GW" and 3- said "Hi" to GW once, and he's already convinced that JW likes GW? Even tried to get JW to admit his feeling. That seems... very wrong to me. I would be uncomfortable if I were JW. Don't get me wrong, I'm very open to WinterGarden but they need a lot of build up to make it happen.
