He was still king in the end as someone mentioned we saw him appoint new PM and still having the same royal guard

It's a problem. This king won't have an heir, since Tae Eul is not queen.

Or he will make this with a royal concubine ?

I am not ruling out your theory and could be possible but how do you see this unfold?

The characters use a divine object for a motive as futile as space-time tourism.
They're not a step away from an extra irresponsibility.
There's no way Tae Eul will accept Lee Gon banging a concubine.
So Lee Gon is going to get Tae Eul pregnant using his second flute.
The child will be entrusted to the concubine, and the king will make believe it's their child.
Then Tae Eul and Lee Gon will take their kid on their space-time excursions.
All's well that ends well.

Hahahahahahah. That was hilarious and why would she let him bang a concubine because it makes no sense i agree with you on that but why can't they just settle down?

Baaaah... I just take what the drama show (for once it show something, lol).

Tae Eul isn't the Queen.

She can't be for a random bad reason, like there is also Luna in the world.

But who gives a hell of a damn deep down?
Every celebrity has look-alikes.

So it could be ok, but look like a plot-hole is better.

Or maybe Tae Eul is one of those independent young women who prefers to keep her life as a cop in her own world.

It's probably more fun than being queen...

Now, the King could be even more irresponsible and stop to be the King.

And settle down.

But let's say, he try to be a bit responsible, so he stay the King.

So, here, my solution for that.

But why can't we assume that they will settle during the 70-80 years they will spend together instead of assuming everything remains weekend?

I agree with you and all we know is that they ended together and grow old together but assuming they will remain weekend couple for so long is not logical to me and thats just how I see it

Example in this situation we are talking about a relationship with longevity so it eliminates the possibility of this remaining a weekend relationship by default forever there's gotta be a moment where they will settle down and tie the knot

Thats exactly what i was attempting to explain but there is possibility it remains weekend but its much smaller because how can anyone continue on that way is the question

No, it's logical.

Saturday 10:00 a.m., they're going away for the weekend.

They spend one year like that elsewhere.

Saturday 10:01 a.m., they come back from the weekend.

@Narine Joa @Joanna Alfson @SCSfanz I'm still under the impression that Prince Buyeong is alive in the reset timeline. Only that we don't see him. I believe that LG is unable to bring JTE to see his uncle in the reset timeline because Luna is there, and that would complicate the situation. So bringing her in the year 2000, would be safe because they're still young and not resemble their current face.

JTE was still in the CCTV room and in his palace so she crossed over few times after the reset timeline. The king seemed as if he was mourning over Prince Buyeong because I believe he died otherwise he wouldn't have travelled back to see him and get nostalgic
