O.K.  it's up now on the site I usually watch.  It was posted much later than usual.  So aunt got the scoop from lawyer, then went marching over to ES and Jenny's house.  Aunt had a fit about ES cooking, and had sharp words for shady Mom, but did not divulge the info about Jenny's abuse to shady Mom yet.  Aunt  spoke privately to ES and told him what she found out.  ES is shocked, but it is consistent with what was experienced earlier.  Aunt goes home to tell Chairman.

 

Shady Mom visited the psychiatrist again, and I'm not sure what was said, but I think the Dr. told her that Jenny had gone elsewhere for treatment.  Shady Mom is shocked and befuddled since she thought she had squashed that experience.

 

Preview shows the lawyer friend having documents and photos of the abuse case, so ES sees it also.  I'm not sure what Mrs. Ji is proposing to MS, but she is so distraught and giving him a bundle of ?? money?? to help find her daughter???   More tomorrow, for sure.

Look at Ae Young pointing out to Aunt Ae Ri that abusing a child's mother is like child abuse for the child. Definitely that has got to have hit home after Ae Ri sent Da Seul to her death and created all that stress at home too, by picking on Song Ah. 

 

And oh boy, MS is in an awkward position now after Ms Ji's request. He must really want to just tell her!

he certainly is in a weird position but it is interesting how accurate her instinct is. she really feels like he can help her because he is the first person who showed a genuine interest in the lost daughter. if anything, this is going to solidify his conviction that he needs to return jenny to her rightful place and remove her from shady mom's household.

found it so weird that while eun seok was shocked, there was hardly any change in his attitude with shady mom. is he just playing dumb? this guy says he won't dump jenny but is going along with whatever the abuser says? or maybe he is just waiting for more info before he makes any move? at least from the preview, it looks like aunt's friend is going to give him actual photos and more info about the child abuse case that was filed.

 

liked the scene at the restaurant where man soo, song ah, jenny and mrs ji were eating lunch together -- in a weird way, it is like a family with 3 siblings. even though man soo is not actually related, it seemed fitting that he is being linked with them because there is this thread of fate tying them altogether...

 

given that we are at ep 93, guess the secret will be revealed soon?

The sketch guy has been identified and was a former cop who got fired for bribery.  MS's asst.  also found that he had been in touch with Wang Soo Jin  several times recently.  I think MS is giving that info to ES.

 

Mrs. Ji was offering her entire savings to MS to help find Kyung Ah.  She said that by him giving her that book, that he has an idea of where she is.

 

Gangster bro, now on the police force, is confident that the Black Rose will not be found and that he has covered his tracks enough to suppress  any suspicion.  (Wrong!)

 

I don't like Aunt going after Jenny just because shady Mom is a jerk.  Now that Aunt has new info, she should be more supportive of Jenny, and direct her anger accordingly.

 

Preview seems to indicate that more and more clues are coming into play about Jenny's past and the life in the States.

Well, it's speeding along with more and more info about shady Mom, so let's enjoy the ride.  Lawyer was reluctant to just hand over the photos of Jenny, and he prepared aunt by warning her that they were graphic and shocking.  She was stunned, then called in ES to see them.  He was equally as appalled, then  met with MS, who responded with , "I know."  MS has the pictures himself in a binder.  He seemed to give more info to ES.  Later in the episode, MS was meeting with Kyung In and putting some info in a vault, so I wonder if he is possibly preparing her for access if something happens to him  (??)  Just a hunch.

 

DJ goes back to the police station and is given more info from his friend who is sleuthing around to get confidential files.

 

Here's the shocker.... Jenny goes in to ES office , sees he's not there, so proceeds to straighten up his desk, opens the drawer, and sees the pictures!  OMG!  The file had her name on it.  More tomorrow.

@msmy ~ based on the preview, it looks like tomorrow's episode will be even more explosive. think it is interesting that eun seok can only discuss jenny's past with man soo -- on the face of it, kind of weird but it does make sense in a way. eun seok still can't make head or tail of man soo's relationship with shady mom but he is starting to understand that it is complex and filled with a good dose of hate and distrust on both sides. man soo gives him good advice and tells him not to discuss the photos with shady mom as she is going to deny it and unless they can go back into the past, there is no way to know who is behind it for sure. man soo also tells eun seok that he is holding back and very careful with his words as jenny doesn't have any memories. it is a pity that eun seok isn't as responsive as kyung in who would be asking all sorts of questions.

 

kyung in asked a very interesting question to man soo -- she asked what would his life be once the book on jenny is done and she is completely out of his life and he answers probably nothing. she is shocked at his response, will she prompt and push him to get a healthy balance and find some other things to do?

@chococarmela ~ am not surprised that she abused jenny and it answers so many questions for me. since she didn't seem like the maternal type at all, kept wondering why she would keep a child with her when she doesn't even seem to care. so it makes sense that she would resent and abuse the child. it also explains why jenny was such a dud when we first meet her in japan -- everything goes above her head and she is like a puppet of shady mom. it is only after she falls in love, she starts to think and feel for herself. thought it was interesting that the doctor pointed the lack of trust between shady mom and jenny now. so jenny has changed and hence her independent actions to get a doctor and recover her past memories. shady mom getting politely kicked out of the doctor's office was fun to watch.

DJ has enough connections with ex-cops that he should be able to gather valuable info about the sketch guy.  Someone has a blog about the Black Rose, so what is that about?  Anybody investigating the Black Rose is disappearing.  It seems that sketch guy was still meeting with former cops, but now it was reported that he hasn't met them lately.  DJ and ES are also aware that the hit and run drivers (MS's accident and Kyung Soos's accident) have disappeared.  In the preview, ES discloses to Jenny that the photos are of her.  Jenny needs a lightening bolt to jog her memory and get this going.

Shady Mom met with gangster bro's asst., and MS's name came up, then she was told something that was pretty shocking.  What do they know about MS?

 

Yes, MS took KI to the safe and showed her the security spot.  She's worried now for his safety, as we are. :(       More tomorrow, Jenny has another session with the hypnotist and records her reactions.

@msmy @nohamahamoud2002 ~ hopefully, they won't kill man soo off. kyung in was really surprised by his request and asked if there was danger and he said he was preparing for the worst. she was alarmed but didn't pry further. it was cute how exasperated she is getting with him always talking about jenny. heheh.. she told him that she had it up to ears and he found it kind of amusing. he also let slip that jenny was born in november when according to the book, she was born in some other month. at home, they tease her about working so much and ask about what she and man soo do during breaks. they are all pleasantly surprised to hear they both sing and play the guitar. song ah calls it romantic. hehehe.. and kyung in has a little smile on her face while dong joo just looks at her with some thought.

 

it looks like jenny was aware of this gypsy story because when eun seok tells her that it is she in the photos, she immediately tells about the gypsy. however, she still wants to keep seeing the doctors as she is not satisfied with the story shady mom is telling. but it is worrying what shady mom will do -- she meets with the brother's subordinate and he asks her to get the receipts from man soo or he will both both man soo and shady mom. yikes, at this stage, she herself might end up harming man soo to get the receipts. fingers crossed, nothing happens to him.
