Just finished watching episode 24 and my heart is breaking. But can I say there are so many things I questioned when he signed the consent form for the induced abortion. Okay, she was unconscious when that consent form was given to XiYi. But she woke up. So it means she has the right to actually decline unless the physician assessed her as someone who has no sound mind. I don't know the law in China regarding this but then again this is a drama :joy:

Totally enjoyed it so far. I love all 3 versions of the drama.

I haven't watched this episode but my guess is that he signed the consent form because her health was in danger.  In this case, since he was a legal spouse, he can consent to the operation.

What I’ve noticed in a lot of his scenes are those subtle smiles. You can tell he’s happy but trying not to show it. I love it. Subtle, but it’s making my heart pitter-patter. Lol! :happy:
