That webtoon!!!!  And yesss! They have to bring those scenes to the drama. Or at least, they need to make us think those things do happen. It's ok with the pace of the storytelling up till now.

Think abt it, DJ is a gisaeng-to-be, she's no longer a shy noble girl with tons of decorum.

True. Maybe they will. Those scenes were in Chapters 84-90 plus something out of the 136 chaps. So, it'll probably be in like the later episodes after all the conflicts are resolved.

They should definitely have those scenes in the show, not explicitly but a before/after if they want to tell the full romantic story. But I’m not hopeful since they rarely go there. Though the show does do the tension bit well I think, so i’m good. DJ could get a bit more involved methinks. Heh.

This drama has been doing so good on turning drama tropes on its head that they might actually include those type of scenes ^^. And yeah, I hope DJ will be more involved too, both of them .

 

Oh, don't you worry. Still thinking about it even now ... still can't move on. That is why I need the next episodes like right now... lol...

Dongjoo and decorum can't be put in the same sentence. After all stripping and touching she did with nokdu decorum went out the window. This one is no wallflower. Give us the bed scene.

Although I really love the comedy aspect of this and I still want them to maintain it but I'd love to see those heavy emotions from both JDY and KSH because they're pretty amazing actors. Even the webtoon isn't all fluff all the time .

yay I love speculation time! I was kinda going 'awwww' seeing the stills when NokDu looks so sad/crying (since they are endgame anyway!) but part of me thinks it doesnt really fit him to cry over being rejected. I feel like he might cry more because he learns about DongJu's sad past, and how technically she doesn't exist anymore in the records.

 

I am hoping he does get some revelation from tomorrow's confrontations - though I think YulMu has been fairly respectful of DJ's boundaries so I hope it isnt a case of a jealous streak is triggered such that he tells NokDu instead of DongJu. ND looks determined as hell though so I want to know how DJ (I hope DJ 'saves' ND again) convinced YM not to expose him to everyone. Please no drama trope of promising YM that she will stay away from ND...

Great they want us to cry buckets before moving the plot to the palace. I want the bed scene as compensation. Give it.

If they move to the palace I'd assume its nokdu that follows dongjoo since she has the agenda to kill the king. What if nokdu is the son of the king then this become romeo and juliet? Great there goes the plan to kill the king.  I want dongjoo to become one of the assassins. Shoot down these evil ministers with her bow and arrow for taking up plot time.

Kim So Hyun And Jang Dong Yoon’s 1st Kiss Causes “The Tale Of Nokdu” Love Triangle To Heat Up

Get ready for more than one set of sparks to fly on KBS 2TV’s “The Tale of Nokdu”!

On the previous episode of “The Tale of Nokdu,” Nokdu (played by Jang Dong Yoon) confessed his feelings for Dong Joo (played by Kim So Hyun), then surprised her by going in for a kiss. Meanwhile, Yul Mu (played by Kang Tae Oh) discovered not only that Nokdu was actually a man, but also that he had feelings for Dong Joo and was, in fact, Yul Mu’s rival for her affections.

According to the drama’s producers, Nokdu and Dong Joo’s first kiss will lead to new tensions between the three characters entangled in the story’s main love triangle. They teased, “The unpredictable love triangle between Nokdu and Dong Joo, who have begun to fall deeply for one another, as well as Yul Mu, is just now kicking into gear. [The changes] will increase both the tension and the heart-fluttering feelings caused by their romance.”

On October 20, the drama also released a new sneak peek of the changing dynamics between the three leads. One set of photos shows Nokdu gazing imploringly at Dong Joo and appearing to plead with her while she stares coldly back at him, hinting that things between them have taken an unfortunate turn since their romantic first kiss.

Meanwhile, another set of photos captures a tense moment between Nokdu and Yul Mu, who now knows his secret. Despite his vulnerable situation, Nokdu looks undaunted as he levels a challenging gaze on the equally frosty Yul Mu.

The producers of the drama added, “As Nokdu and Dong Joo’s feelings grow stronger, the destiny in which they are entwined will start to change as well. You can safely look forward to the plot as it grows even more dynamic and engrossing.”

The next episode of “The Tale of Nokdu” will air on October 21 at 10 p.m. KST.

Base on the writer-nim style, maybe all the widows come back home after the festival and Yulmu stuck in that room. It's like Dead-by-the-women or Alive-with-secret. No time to bargain 

Yes, I hope they have something to do with AD too. She finished her mission of exploding seobangnim's secret here. They shouldnt let this cutiepie become annoying

Think Aeng Du is here to stay for a while longer, because it's too unsafe to return to their village on the island now (remember Nokdu's father and brother got ambushed and are now on the run). And, we haven't seen this family-boating in the picturesque lake scene yet:

Remember the scene in the teaser where Dong Joo violently tries to cover Yulmu's mouth to prevent him from spilling the beans (oops....mung bean pun intended hahaha). Based on the teasers, we can tell Nokdu gets to keep the secret for now. I hope Yulmu doesn't end up being some antagonist who is the big bad boss behind the scenes. Since Dong Joo was betrothed to Yulmu in her childhood, she should have some basic idea of his family origins (as least what his family was in the past). Nothing too sinister has been hinted so far, so I doubt that there will be some crazy twist in the making.

 

Rather than having Yulmu tell Nokdu about Dong Joo's past, I hope Dong Joo will open up and share her story with Nokdu herself. And Nokdu too should tell Dong Joo the truth about why he's disguising himself as a widow in the Widow's Village. My wish: Let's keep the angst to episode 11 only and move on to greater things in episode 12! One more day to a new episode. Where is the fast forward button to take us to 10pm KST?

But i think Nokdu aengdu and aengdu's dad don't know about the new attack yet.. so maybe they'll find out when they return the kid to where she belongs.. 

 

I also hope they tell each other about their plans, but it seems difficult. Dongju is running away from her feelings(literally) and Nokdu does not seem ready to share his plans with anybody. He didn't even tell Dongju what he has been up to until now so i think it will take at least 3 episodes before he will spill the beans, mungbeans that is.. (i'm following your lead)
