How Can I View Trailers Thru Quick Time

hi!

i already downloaded te quicktime recent version but unfortunately i am still unable to view the trailers

in quicktime? in fact once after clicking on the trailer size, what came out is a question mark on top of the trailer. what seems to be the problem? do i have to change the settings and how do i do it?

please advice me. thanks!
