According to the film industry on April 18, Sung Yu Bin was cast in the upcoming rom-com film No Lips, which will mark the directing debut of actress Jo Eun Ji. Sung Yu Bin plays the role of Sung Kyung, the son of Hyun (played by Ryu Seung Ryong).

Ryu Seung Ryong, Oh Na Ra, Kim Hee Won, And More Confirmed For New Comedy Film

Ryu Seung Ryong, Oh Na Ra, Kim Hee Won, and more have joined forces for the upcoming comedy film “Not the Lips” (literal title).

 

“Not the Lips” will tell the story of Hyun, a best-selling author who has fallen into a slump, as he meets Yoo Jin, a genius young man who aspires to become a best-selling author.

 

Ryu Seung Ryong, one of the actors behind the success of last year’s hit film “Extreme Job,” will take on the role of the best-selling writer Hyun. Oh Na Ra, who rose to stardom through her appearance in JTBC’s “SKY Castle,” has taken on the role of Mi Ae, Hyun’s ex-wife.

 

In addition, Kim Hee Won will play Hyun’s best friend and the head of a publishing company, Sunmo. Chungmuro’s rising star Sung Yoo Bin has been cast as Sung Kyung, the son of Hyun and Mi Ae. Last but not least, Mu Jin Sung will play the role of the aspiring author Yoo Jin, who will forever alter Hyun’s values.

 

“Not the Lips” is set to begin filming in June.

[Interview] Sung Yu Bin, Hollywood dreaming youth

 

Sung Yu Bin isn't afraid to go from child to adult actor.

"I never thought I wanted to quit acting," said Sung Yu-bin. "It's not hard to balance school life and acting concurrently. When I take the exam, I'm having a hard time preparing for the exam. But other friends will be similar to me," he explained.

 

He is now in his final year of High School and planning to go to college. He's going to major in acting. He said, "Acting is fun. There's a spirit of challenge. I want to play more characters, I want to have a new experience and play a new personality. It's fun to be someone other than me," he confessed.

 

Sung Yu Bin dreams of entering Hollywood someday.

Sung Yu-bin who has never thought of anything else. Of course, there are times when it's physically difficult, but there's more passion and fun about acting than that. "I want to be an actor who goes well with any role," he said. He wants to go to Hollywood too.

 

"I'm also studying English. I went to the Berlin Film Festival with 'Last Child' and I felt a lot of things. Of course, I need time to step into Hollywood, but I'd like to do it if I have a chance. Even a small role is fine. Even a supporting role if I have a chance, I'd like to experience it."

 

Like Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio, Sung Yu-bin said he wants to change constantly. He said he was lucky to be an actor. "I'm grateful that I don't just look at the high places, but I can relax, go and do small things," Sung Yu-bin said with a smile.

“Full Moon” is a melodrama film about Yoon Hee (Kim Hee Ae), who receives a letter from her first love and begins to search for the memories she had forgotten. Kim Sohye will play Yoon Hee’s daughter Sae Bom, while Japanese actor Nakamura Yuko is set to play Yoon Hee’s longtime friend Jun. Sung Yoo Bin will take on the role of Sae Bom’s boyfriend Kyung Soo.
