I'm a fan of this drama too but sadly I didn't watch it from the beginning...

I'm not sure if Yang ManChoon getting killed by Sa Boo Ghoo is real in history. man just couldn't believe there were so many collaborators and traitors during the GoguryeoGuk.... Only if Balhae integrated with Silla, I think it wouldn't have fallen easily to Khitans and Tang afterwards.

Yeah, I wouldn't think that is what happen. If something like that did happen it would be covered up so probably not be known today. Records written after could have been bias also.

You know I wonder what really happened with Silla and Baekje if they came from the children of the person who created Goguryeo it's surprising that they never all joined especially with them all relatively close to each other.

I'm not sure if Silla was founded by the third son of the First king of Goguryeo ... I think only Baekjae was.... I remember that Baekje and Goguryeo was like brother kingdom but not silla but anyways thanks to Gen. Kim Yu Shin, there was united Silla.

The English name for Chulin's people, at least according to the US subtitles, is Khitan.

also choi su jung is such an amazing actor and charismatic <3
