A lot of people were not happy as well. They, like me feel like Jang Nara is robbed( again) of an award she so deserves. Don’t get me wrong...It is an honor to win a Producer’s Award ( as I understood it from last year - all SBS producers choose an actor/ actress who work with them well or whom they think is very good and endured well in their work). But yes, they should have given her Top Excellence in acting award too if not a shared Daesang. It’s like Suzy who won Top Excellence is better that Jang Nara in acting? Like seriously? Where’s justice here?.... But Jang Nara is just so happy to get anything....so i’ll try to rest my case...

I very much agree.  The Producer Award is an honour but doesn't sound like an acting acting award.  Disappointing especially after seeing who did get the Top Excellence Award because there is no way her performance was better *sigh*  Anyway, it was good to see Jang Nara honoured, she clearly appreciated the award and nobody can deny how great her performance was.

By the way, it seems like Kwak Sun Young was nominated for the Rookie Award but lost:(  I am so curious about this actress.  Her first drama was in 2018. She's so talented and only appears to have only started acting in dramas in her mid-30s

Congratulations to everyone who won an award:heart::blush:. I'm also sad that JNR didn't get an award for her performance but she was really happy to win the Producer Award so it's fine.

As for LSY, his comment about never cheating made me ROFL:joy::mrgreen:

Just watch the awards show. Loved LSY’s acceptance speech. He is so humble!

Jang Na Ra’s speech so so sweet.

I am disappointed that “Vagabond” won so many awards. I watched it and thought it was too over the top. The embassy exploded and they were inside and didn’t get hurt!?! Getting drug by a car and lived to fight on!?!

Lots of unbelievable action scenes and a terrible ending!

”Dr. John” should have won more awards! Excellent drama with outstanding stars and chemistry between the lead actors. The OST was also fantastic.

So let me get this straight-Lee Sang Joon gets an award for excellence for his SJ character (Loser)  and the mistress Yuri manages to get best character for her pity party. But our heroine Jang Nara gets producer award. Seriously... She rides a motorcycle for pete's sake and Yuri does not even know how to drive a car in the drama.  Apparently SBS :( must have felt awful. Soooo even in real life JS gets screwed!  No justice I say...

Image result for meme getting screwed

I finally watched this drama. A lot of times I hate "cheating" dramas because the female lead is usually weak and a doormat. However, I loved the way the female lead was in this drama. I also loved that it didn't celebrate an affair (like Temptation), but instead showed how to people drifted apart after experiencing sorrow. As it says in the bible, 'bad association spoils good habits". He worked for a VP that eventually caused him to be desensitized. I can see the two of them getting back together at some point--she really loves hime. He did things that hurt her (I know they hurt me ...lol), but it is clear that he's remorseful.

Good drama.

Finally got to watch the final 2 episodes after getting out of hospital.  Was impressed with the realistic ending.  This was because of an affair but after alot of couples move on the longer you are together the stronger the connection in some cases especially if you have to continue to deal with each other and be civil during it.  I think the mistress saw that there was still a strong bond between them regardless if she got together with him or not she would always continue to feel like that.  Part of that is stealing what doesnt belong to yours in the first place.

@fragglerock, I had to wait and mentally prepare myself for this drama ..:D. One of the things that came into focus for me was the fact that in the end, he realized how much he loved his wife and still loves her and she still loves him.  Seeing each other is enough to stop them both in their tracks.

We learned through the heartbreak of his mother after hearing they were divorcing that he was the child of a woman who had been a mistress. He shared a bond with Yoo Ri of 'shame' and feeling that he wasn't good enough. I used to think that he threw up after paying off his boss' mistress was because of his own hypocrisy of having a mistress. Although I think that was part of it, but I think the other was probably thinking of the treatment his mother suffered because of a man like him.

He went into his marriage not being fully truthful to his wife about himself. That was the burden he carried and it weighed on him...not just the death of their child. So he felt a "bond" to Yoo Ri, but no love.  I can see the two of them (he and his wife) getting back together because she truly loves him and he her, but I don't know if she will allow herself to fall for him again--it was the way he handled the situation that made his actions so off-putting.

This drama was much better than I expected it to be. I never want the cheaters to get back together (I Have A Lover--hated it, mixed messages), but in this drama I would be okay with them reconciling.....as if my opinion mattered.....

I have been watching LSY in Handsome Tigers and in episode 2 the guys are attending a teammates wedding. Since he is he oldest, they asked him to give the groom some advice. After he laughed, because he is unmarried, he said he learned from one of his dramas..don’t cheat and don’t keep things from each other. Couples need to be able to talk to each other. Two important lessons for any couple reinforced by VIP.:kiss_wink:

BTW, I am not a basketball fan but I love watching Handsome Tigers.

I am watching Handsome Tigers as well. It was a great opportunity for me to watch Handsome Tigers live Basketball game at Kyung Hee University recently. Lee Sang Yun is amazing...
