I can’t wait for this drama to start. I’m a fan of Jang Na Ra and I just love her since I first watch her in “Fated to Love You”. Since then, I’ve watched her in pretty much every tv series I can get a hold of where she’s the FL - “Go Back Couple”, “School 2013”, “One More Happy Ending” (I especially love this one and her chemistry with her ML who’s so handsome), “Babyfaced Beauty” and “The Last Empress” (I don’t especially like this since I didn’t ship her love story with the King because any spouse abuse, even if there’s repentance in the end, is not cool in my book).

I think she’s gorgeous. And more and more so as she age.

Go, Jang Na Ra. Fighting!

Jang Nara Doubts Lee Sang Yoon In “VIP” Highlight Clip

SBS’s upcoming drama “VIP” released a short but dramatic highlight clip.

“VIP” tells the story of a team that manages VIP clients at a department store. Lee Sang Yoon plays the team leader, Park Sung Joon, and Jang Nara plays his colleague and wife, Na Jung Sun. Lee Chung Ah plays Lee Hyun Ah, the brilliant ace of the team who is in charge of the most VIP customers. Pyo Ye Jin and Kwak Sun Young round out the cast as Ohn Yoo Ri and Song Mi Na, who are also employees on the team.

The clip plays out a realistic adult melodrama between a man who promises to be faithful to his wife but has an affair behind her back and a woman who wants to believe her husband is faithful but becomes doubtful due to the events happening around them.

I've seen multiple JNR's interviews in the past and I've noticed she seems to have been a little awkward and a little reserve toward her previous co-stars. She looks very comfortable with LSY and she has a lot of skinship going on with him offscreen ( such as high five, hitting him, etc..).  I would not be surprised if these two become reel after this show ends.

@sksen I'm seriously shipping this couple for real. The more I learn about them, the more optimistic I am. Their parents want them to get married, they've remarked that they should get married, they're both christian, he's the same age as her, they're reserved, and they look good together! She totally leaned into him at the BBQ place in Masters in the House and she's already gotten so comfortable with him like you mentioned :)

Jang Nara To Reunite With “The Last Empress” Child Star Oh Ah Rin In “VIP”

Child actress Oh Ah Rin will be reuniting with her “The Last Empress” co-star Jang Nara in the upcoming drama “VIP”!

“VIP” is a new SBS melodrama about the hidden secrets of a team that handles VIP clients at a department store. Jang Nara will star as the smooth-talking, highly competent Na Jung Sun, whose world is turned upside down when she receives a mysterious text message about her husband and team leader Park Sung Joon (played by Lee Sang Yoon) that throws her seemingly perfect marriage into peril.

On October 17, the upcoming drama revealed a sneak peek of Oh Ah Rin’s cameo appearance, which will bring the two “The Last Empress” stars back together on screen for the first time in eight months.

Oh Ah Rin will play the role of a neighborhood kid who ends up getting Na Jung Sun to buy her ice cream. While feeding a stray cat, Na Jung Sun will notice and confront a young girl who’s been following her—before ultimately treating the kid to ice cream and affectionately wiping her face with a smile.

According to those present during filming, Jang Nara couldn’t hide her excitement at seeing Oh Ah Rin again from the moment that the young actress arrived on set. Thanks to their lasting bond from “The Last Empress,” the two co-stars also reportedly displayed a natural, intuitive chemistry from the get-go, bringing their scenes to life in an instant with their perfect teamwork.

The producers of “VIP” remarked, “Thanks to the exceptional chemistry between Jang Nara and Oh Ah Rin, the atmosphere on set rose to new heights.”

They went on to add, “Oh Ah Rin, who received praise for her skillful acting in ‘The Last Empress,’ will appear towards the beginning of the drama and improve its quality with her cute presence.”
