No matter how much sad I am, I will buy more things, which will cause a torment of conscience and think of the money I spent. It can be stress related, sadness, worry, even anger, and then you put her under your bed pillow and go to sleep. The next morning you will feel much better. It really isn't magical or spiritual at all, but you can get all those harmful chemicals and stress related hormones out and it helps to tell your worries to someone or even an inanimate object. remember, crying is ok and is actually good for you!
