Finally the Bazaar V Star: Monologue in The Palace by Chen FeiYu

Yessss... finally! Just saw that on dramapotatoe tweets, but of course your version sounds clearer, and I can keep listening to it while opening more windows LOLOL..

His speaking voice is beautiful. I love his English speaking tone, and I'm now curious how is his line delivery for the dialogues in Mandarin. I love the video concept: He's reciting famous lines from various movies, such as The Last Emperor, Farewell My Concubine. I think this is kinda brave, considering his line delivery in Ever Night was criticized :)The Mandarin sentences sound good to me, but I'm curious about the response of the native speakers.

yeaahhh i think he has been practicing, remember his Weibo? there is one picture showing he was in studio, don't know exactly about the timeline, but i think he keep practicing and of course for his Beijing academy admission test. For me his speaking tone either in English and Mandarin is good, but dont know how punctual are they LOL, i only focus on the tone.

Wait, I can't remember the picture that showed he was in studio. Have you still got it/the link?

These two... And on March 17, when CFY went to XiaMen he wore plaid shirt with brown in major colour, and on the same day, OYNN from Boston to Beijing also wore plaid jacket with brown in major colour, AND... They wore the same brand necklace like these below image. :sweatingbullets:

Rumour said this is CFY. Quite similar but still not that clear for me :sweatingbullets: but it was Dior Kim Jones's welcome dinner in Beijing so...

Ok confirmed. This photo looks so historical LOL.

You're right @epinklyn, Arthur's been more active on social media lately. I just saw he has updated his IG post. Two new IG posts in a week -- progress!! Normally it's like, once a month LOLOLOL... and it seems like the same case with his weibo.

The Last Emperor is one hell sad movie, and Pu Yi is also a tragic character, but it is a great role for an actor, but what most important is i dont want CFY get a half bald style LOL.

Awww... hahaha.... I'm personally fine with Qing men hairstyle, although not everyone can rock it. The princes in Bu Bu Jing Xin still look handsome despite being half bald :D and of course they carry themselves really well.

There's one description of the Monologue in the Palace video made by an IG user that I really, really like

A tribute to the classic works, accompanied by the classic soundtrack, these six sections of the word class are full of meaning.

Arthur walking in this ancient Beijing city, with the character lines, realizing a beautiful soul and scenes of gorgeous past.

You know, despite his young age, I can easily associate CFY to "classic". Blame his old soul and calmness and elegance, LOL. (Of course he's often being his young self, childlike, not to mention that stuffed Winnie the Pooh he still carries everywhere!
