Synopsis:

 

Drama series depicts the dreams, passions and friendships of young people who dream of becoming farmers. Ha Joo Seok is in the 1st grade at a farming academy. He uses blunt language, but he is considerate of other people. Shin Yoo Jin is in the 1st grade at the same farming academy. She is smart and good at data analysis. Since she was little, she dreamed of becoming a farmer.

Lee Tae-Hwan cast in SBS drama series “Farming Academy”

Lee Tae-Hwan is cast in upcoming SBS drama series “Farming Academy” (literal title) co-starring Lee Min-Ji and Yoon Bo-Mi from ‘A Pink.’ The drama series will consist of 4 episodes. Screenplay will follow young people who attend a farming academy. They have dreamed of becoming of farmers. Filming for “Farming Academy” has already started.

“Farming Academy” will first air sometime during the first half of 2019 in South Korea.

Apink’s Yoon Bomi, Lee Tae Hwan, And More To Return For 2nd Season Of “Farming Academy”

SBS Mobidic and Freecong’s drama series “Farming Academy” (literal title) will be coming back for a second season!

“Farming Academy” tells the story of young adults who attend Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries. The original main cast members Apink’s Yoon Bomi, Lee Tae Hwan, and Lee Min Ji will all return for the second season. New additions to the cast include Lee Jong Won and Choi Ji Soo.

Lee Tae Hwan commented, “I’m pleased to reunite with the director, scriptwriter, and actors. I’ll do my best so [the season] becomes another happy memory for me.”

Yoon Bomi remarked, “Thanks to the love we received for season one, we were able to reunite like this. It’s like the happy feeling of meeting your friends again at school after the break ends.”

The second season of the show will show Joo Suk (Lee Tae Hwan), Han Byul (Yoon Bomi), and Yoo Jin (Lee Min Ji) in their senior year of high school agonizing over their future after graduation.

Producer director Eun Ji Hyang stated, “The chemistry between the production staff and actors in this drama is perfect. I feel honored to have joined season two as a producer. This will be a refreshing drama with no added MSG.”

The second season of “Farming Academy” will begin production on August 14.
