What a pleasant surprise to see "Catch the Ghost" on the list of top buzzworthy drama!

On December 10, Good Data Corporation shared the weekly rankings of the most popular dramas and cast members who have generated the most buzz over the past week. The company took news articles, blog posts and online communities, videos, and social media from December 2 to 8 for 21 dramas that are currently airing or are set to air.

The top 10 dramas that generated the most buzz this past week are as follows:

  1. SBS “VIP” – 17.13 percent
  2. KBS2 “Woman of 9.9 Billion” – 17.11 percent
  3. JTBC “Chocolate” – 9.05 percent
  4. MBC “Love with Flaws” – 6.63 percent
  5. tvN “Catch the Ghost” – 6.24 percent
  6. KBS2 “Love is Beautiful, Life is Wonderful” – 6.13 percent
  7. tvN “Pegasus Market” – 5.3 percent
  8. JTBC “Chief of Staff” Season 2 – 5.19 percent
  9. tvN “Psychopath Diary” – 4.31 percent
  10. tvN “Crash Landing on You” – 4.3 percent

A month later,  and "Catch the Ghost" is still on the top 10 most buzzworthy Drama, and it even places higher than some of the popular shows airing now.

The top 10 dramas that generated the most buzz this past week are as follows:

  1. tvN “Crash Landing on You” – 23.6 percent
  2. SBS “Stove League” – 15.84 percent
  3. SBS “VIP” – 12.05 percent
  4. JTBC “Chocolate” – 5.4 percent
  5. TV Chosun “Queen: Love and War” – 5.22 percent
  6. tvN “Catch the Ghost” – 5.15 percent
  7. KBS2 “Woman of 9.9 Billion” – 5.11 percent

Kim Seon Ho Clinches Sold-Out Ticket Success For Theater Play “Memory In Dream”

THIS SEASON HAS BEEN A BOUNTIFUL YEAR FOR ACTOR KIM SEON HO

Aside from two well-received dramas, Kim Seon Ho also secured a spot as fixed member of highly-popular KBS variety show. The actor has starred in jTBC’s comedy series Welcome to Waikiki 2 and tvN’s enthralling drama, Catch the Ghost.

Just recently, Kim and the new members of 1 Night 2 Days Season 4 have also made their premiere on the weekend entertainment show. Such an amazing year for the diligent actor who has also been making waves on theater stage.

Since November, Kim Seon Ho has starred in the play, Memory in Dream. In the first, second, and third ticket reservations, all the tickets he appeared in were sold out, proving his strong ticket power.

He worked in a total of 33 performances, with a cumulative audience of over 4,700. Notably, as soon as the ticket booking window opened, the tickets got sold out in five minutes.

Memory in Dream depicts the story of Alice, who is deeply saddened by Eden’s sudden death. She meets Eden in a dream and sees the hope of life. Kim’s character “Eden” happens to meet Alice in front of the museum and falls in love. After three years of marriage, he leaves the house after a minor argument with her.

Lauded by the audience, Kim Seon Ho has been acclaimed by the audience for his three-dimensional character whose emotions change over time. The first encounter with Alice makes the audience feel the love. He expresses the process of escalating conflict with delicate and deep emotions. Additionally, he increases the audience’s immersion by providing laughter and excitement.

Kim’s Memory in Dream is performed at Haereum Arts Theater until January 19, 2020.
