I always like those YT videos and I read comments there as well. Most people say “what are they saying?” or “why doesnt TVn provide subtitles to an international drama”. Some people will provide translations but they are one liners and really thats the overall complaint.

I am more active on twitter and Soompi but not on IG. I liked all the the YT drama cuts but I must admit that I don't view these as often. Will try to do it. I feel like I have to have 10 sets of eyes and hands to be able to do this...hahaha!

This only goes to show how effective this drama is in portraying the progression of a relationship

 

holding hands — back hug — front hug — shy first kiss — holding hands with fingers intertwined in a movie theater — a little hungrier goodbye kiss — “I love you” — romantic kissing — passionate kissing

 

Most of which were done in public. 

 

 

KJH is a quick learner unlike JWS who is still unable to choose the right words and do the right thing.

@ahdrianaa, yes the YouTube kiss scene video view is very low compared to other drama even it was posted 3 days ago. 

Chingus, please spread the words and go to tVN YouTube video to view and click like to promote the video and Encounter.

 

As I rewatched the Episode 10, maybe is it just me and do I over analyze it, 

the gate to the garden was blocked resemble the obstacles these two lovebirds have to face; however, the way JH and CSH face the problem also showed their characters and personality. JH is firmed and determined with strong will jump over the fence while CSH is clever, subtle, and calm in her way dealing with problems.

I can undertand their complaints but just to put things in context from the good data survey point of view, the kiss scene I posted was the hottest topic in k drama world in the past 3 days but despite that it’s not even the most viewed/popular kiss scene this week on TVN’s main YouTube channel. 

 

Since there are no TVN awards where we can vote for awards, if we help in these surveys right now it will greatly improve their chances of topping the Korea Forbes list of Top celebrities which will be out in 2 months. 

 

Forbes Korea Power Celebrity List ranks Korea’s top stars using various metrics, such as most-searched names on the Internet; income and donations to charity; endorsements; number of magazine cover appearances.

I think part of the reason why the TVN YT video has a low view count is probably due to the fact that even before it was uploaded, there were about a hundred videos on IG and twitter.

 

But yeah, I agree, for all the buzz I was expecting to hit a million views within the week and was surprised it was still low

The issue with YT is that they're making it a little difficult to actually find their vids.  As an example, when Secret Forest was airing in 2017, the YT clips were posted almost at the same time as the ones on the SK portal sites.  There wasn't this several hours wait.  The uploaders for the TVN channel are falling down on the job.  I've started going straight to Naver rather than waiting around for YT to catch up, and then if I want to rewatch, it's still easier to find the vids on Naver (in Korean lol) than in my native English.

@dukesa1122 don’t know why they were posting that news this week but Forbes 2018 list was released in April last year, I think they stop collecting the actual data in February - March.

@dukesa1122  Forbes top 40 usually announce in end Feb or early March only.  They are circulating last year top 40 forbe list (2018).
