Sypnopsis:

 

Joon-Young is a 20-year-old university student. He is a neat, good student, wearing unassuming glasses, jeans, white shocks and white sneakers. He doesn't care about fashion. Joon-Young plans more than necessary and he is sensitive. Joon-Young then takes part in his first blind date. There, Joon-Young meets Young-Jae and they begin to date.

Young-Jae, is also 20-years-old, is emotional, spontaneous and honest. She doesn't have parents, but she is really close to her older brother. They live together and rely on each other. Her dream is to become rich and she decided to work as a hairdresser's assistant rather than going to a university. A friend then dragged her to a blind meeting with a university student. There, she meets Joon-Young who has a totally different personality from her.

Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung may be starring in a new drama soon!

 

On May 23, an industry representative reported that Sooyoung is likely to play the lead in the upcoming drama “The Third Charm” (literal title).

 

In response, her agency Echo Global Group commented, “Choi Sooyoung has received an offer for ‘The Third Charm’ and is positively considering it.”

 

As announced earlier, Seo Kang Joon is in talks to play the male lead. Chun Woo Hee was previously in discussion to play the female lead.

 

A joint production by ImagineAsia and JYP Pictures, “The Third Charm” is a romantic comedy that follows the realistic romance of the leads Ban Min Soo and Lee Young Jae. It is co-written by Park Eun Young of film “Maundy Thursday” and Park Hee Kwon of film “The Flu.” It will be directed by Pyo Min Soo, who has previously led “Full House,” “Worlds Within,” and “Producer.”

Seo Kang-joon, Esom confirmed for The Third Charm

Seo Kang-joon (Are You Human, Too?) and Esom (Because This is My First Life) have both signed on to star in the new JTBC romantic comedy The Third Charm (working title).

The drama is a slice-of-life romance about the 12-year relationship of two lovers with completely opposite personalities from their student years up until their early 30s.

Seo Kang-joon is set to appear as the hero On Joon-yung, a clean-cut model student who strictly follows a meticulously planned routine in his daily life. However, he falls in love with the nosy, boisterous Lee Young-jae, whom he met on a group blind date.

The role of Lee Young-jae will be portrayed by Esom, and is described as a spontaneous, frank, and hardworking assistant in a hair salon who grew up as an orphan.

The Third Charm will be helmed by rom-com master director Pyo Min-soo (Full House, Worlds Within, Fool’s Love, Producer).

No this one isn't pre produced I think , though they are filming since last Month

The script reading featured main cast members Seo Kang-Joon, Esom, Yang Dong-Geun, Lee Yoon-Ji, Park Gyu-Young, and Lee Sang-Yi. I can't wait for this one, but I'm really going to watch it for Min Woo Hyuk, who should be listed above, too. Love him as a singer and a stage musical actor. Can't wait to see him in a drama!
