@BINGO_O they probably based it on the Korean media news they translated. I read a lot of Korean articles yesterday some are short while some are very detailed regarding future possibility, and the intimate scenes.

@parkparkloveu Ughh I just can't with Chinese media. They started the most ridiculous scandal ever in k-biz history: Yoona and Psy affair. LOL. They also claimed MY had secret dates with her ex co-star in Shanghai back in the day. However, I understand why they're overexcited. Would wish it to be true too :))

PART TWO:

 

PSJ Interview: I know a lot of you are being emotional about the articles that came out. Some say he’s talking in circles, over explaining his responses, he’s being a strategic thinker, annoyed, etc… And goodness, just saw a lot of hate and threat coming his way just because he debunk the IG post. :-(

 

I don’t claim to know him well. I am just a fan who can deduce from his interviews, bts, shows, fan meets as to what kind of a person he is. Here’s my 2 cents:

 

He is an introvert and has an inner strength (most introverts have this quality). But do not equate an introvert for being timid and shy. He is not. He can speak his mind well without being arrogant or sounding superior. He’s pretty straightforward and tries to be honest and true to himself. Also, he doesn’t make decisions based on other’s opinions. He’s well-grounded and considerate. He always does his best in everything as not to regret.

 

Believing all these to be his nature, I believe him if he’s debunking evidences presented as proof linking him to PMY prior to the drama. You have to take this at face value. Again, i would refer you to my first post as i see the IG post as merely coincidental. All IG posted events linking him to PMY are all work related. But if you want to go delulu, one can say you can always mix business with pleasure, right?  I will also reiterate my belief that the sail started from AAA. But i also believe that his admiration for PMY started way before AAA. But not to the point of being in SOME relationship. I think it is more possible to be in SOME relationship after AAA (since someone posted a comment late january about him dating PMY) but then, having read about his interview and basing it from what i know of his personality… i think it’s a small chance.

 

As to not replying an outright “No” to the dating rumors, I am not sure about this since I just read the article from koreaboo and it states there PSJ said “its not true”. I guess we have to consider what we call “lost in translation”. Whether he said an outright NO to the dating rumors or not isn’t really important. Focus should be given to his reply about the possibility of becoming a real couple - “One of those things that only time can tell (Koreaboo)' and 'matter that takes a lot of time (Soompi)”. Whatever version you like, that still speaks volume for me. He could have given a different reply and if he really wants to put a stop to all dating rumors, he could have diplomatically said “we’re just friends” or “i don’t have the time/Im focusing on career”, etc. But he really left a BIG (my opinion) glimmer of hope for us shippers. Remember, PSJ is pretty straight forward. If there is no chance, he will outright say it.

 

Regarding recommending PMY for the role, I believe there is nothing wrong with that if he did suggest. Actors can make suggestion but ultimately it is not their decision. And PSJ is not that arrogant to demand who he wants to work with. That is a total BS. I believe Wookie (LDW) also suggested Lee Dahae for the role in Hotel King (another couple that i ship… oh well, its not sailing right now hahaha) So, suggestions are pretty normal especially if asked. I think he is really happy that he had this opportunity to work with PMY.   If he recommended PMY for the role, that only shows how much he wants to work with her. Probably as a chance to get to know her better and to go delulu, maybe he can’t stop thinking about her since AAA and how exciting it  would be if she’s casted for the role. If he did not, then i guess its their fate, then.

 

As for being annoyed, i have to see the actual interview. We are after all, reading just an article. I suggest that we don’t put emotions behind their words. And most of the times actual words are lost in translation. And having read both soompi and koreaboo version of the interview, I don’t get the “annoyed feels” in the koreaboo article. He may be frustrated since the attention was shifted from the drama to his dating rumor but to show annoyance is not his style. He’s very respectful of other’s opinion while maintaining what he believes in.

 

Over explaining that it become suspicious - “I know that the people who want to believe that I’m in a relationship with her will believe only that. To those people, whatever I say will only sound like excuses to deny the rumor. So really, I didn’t want to bother by explaining everything point by point like this. But, I also realized there are people who do want to know and who are curious. And I have nothing to hide. That’s why I decided to talk about this.” That shows consideration for his fans who wants to know the truth and i really don’t believe he will outright lie if there is some truth to the IG post. He could have ignored and not explained things. I’ll be the first to be disappointed if i found out later that he lied, since the statement came from him and not his agency.

 

Phuket Trip - my take, he will go if his schedule is free. PSJ doesn’t make decisions based on other’s opinions. He’s pretty solid that way. He knows what he can control and let go of the things he cannot. He is resilient when it comes to negative comments because that is something he cannot control. Thus, the confidence in dealing with this issue. Staying true to himself is the key. So, If he doesn’t go, it only means his schedule won’t allow it. Period. So, to others who may interpret that he is trying to be careful or what, stop.

 

 

TO SUM IT ALL UP: THEY MAY NOT HAVE BEEN DATING PRIOR TO THE DRAMA BUT I BELIEVE AFTER WWWSK, HE KNOWS WHAT HE WANTS AND WILL MAKE HIS MOVE (if he still hasn’t). 100% betting on this. He’s the type that if he like someone, he will express it. He and PMY are probably in a mutual understanding stage of relationship right now.  SO PREPARE YOUR SHIPPER’S HEART. YOU MAY NOT HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT OUR PPC (since he will not publicly date) So let’s just get on with our delulu mode as to what’s happening behind the silence.  BUT EXPECT A DATE AROUND 2021-2022. FROM A RATIONAL SHIPPER, THIS SHIP WILL SAIL AND WILL DOCK IN 2-3 YEARS.

 

P.S. My guess, PMY will deny the rumors maybe because there is really nothing prior to the drama but just mutual attraction and admiration for each other. Don’t get too emotional about the denial because this SHIP IS SAILING NOW.
