Plot

 

The drama Investigation Couple is about a forensic pathologist who takes pride in finding the root cause of death in dissection, pairing up with a dogged prosecutor seeking to investigate those who add to the crime. (Koalasplayground)

They changed the sinopsis? I read in other articles that it will be a duo formed with one doctor and a prossecutor/ detective. I read that Jung Yoo Mi was offered the role of the doctor and Jung Jae Young  the role of a detective.

 

Now, the female will be a detective? And a rookie one? Lee Yi Kyung will be the chief and Jung Yoo Mi a rookie detective? It doesn`t feel right but maybe Eun Sol started her career as a detective later in life.

I wish they would have kept the original plan, to make the woman the eccentric forensic doctor.

I am sure he will pull off a serious role. I saw Lee Yi Kyung in one project, in sageuk drama Maids, where Jung Yoo Mi was the protagonist.

 

The information about the roles is not clear. Some sources have diferent versions. I won`t be surprised if Jung Jae Young will be announced to play the forensic doctor next time. If Lee Yi Kyung will play the chief detective, for sure Jung Jae Young`s character won`t be in his team of detectives.

Actors Jung Jae Young and Jung Yoo Mi have joined the cast of MBC’s upcoming drama “Investigative Man and Woman” (literal translation). The two were previously in talks to join the drama, with actor Lee Yi Kyung confirmed to play detective Cha Soo Ho.
