 Beautiful Cherry blossom shot there. they're filming already.  Can't wait to watch this.

 

This is going to be in July.  the other drama viewers are expecting [ cos of hype?] is Mr. Sunshine also in July but I'm not sure if same day as this one (Fri Sat).  Second half of the year,  I know this is the one I'm looking forward to watching.

 

@larus I know I asked this question previously (pg 2) but this is Viki or DF..or is it Netflix sub? Any update? even for the sub I'm wanting to know. That's how much I'm looking forward to this. Other intl viewers like Netflix but  but they take a while to sub.  I'm  hoping it's either of the two.

Maybe it was announced already but I don`t know at this moment. I am sure who knows will share the information with us.

 

I have mixed feeling about Netflix. I know they gave more exposer, and they eventually translate their dramas but the delay is killing me. I hope also, Viki or Dramafver will sub this drama.

Actor Lee Hyun-kyun will appear on JTBC's new drama 'Life' (directed by Hong Jong-chan and written by drama Lee Su-yeon). Lee Hyun-kyun, who starred in the role of a doctor in the 1987 film, last year,  he will play the role of restructuring director of Sangkuk University Hospital. He is in the midst of preparing for his work with his extraordinary determination and enthusiasm as 'Life' is his debut drama.

Upcoming drama “Life” recently held their first script reading.

JTBC drama “Life” is about the power and ambitions that reside within a hospital. The drama is written by Lee Soo Yeon, who also wrote “Secret Forest” and is directed by Hong Jong Chan, who previously produced “The Most Beautiful Goodbye,” “Deserving of the Name,” and “Dear My Friends.”

 

The script reading was held on March 29, with director Hong Jong Chan, writer Lee Soo Yeon, and their talented cast in attendance. Their cast includes Lee Dong Wook, Cho Seung Woo, Won Jin Ah, Yoo Jae Myung, Moon So Ri, Moon Sung Geun, Lee Kyu Hyung, Chun Ho Jin, Yeom Hye Ran, Kim Won Hae, Tae In Ho, Uhm Hyo Sup, Choi Kwang Il, and more. The director began the script reading by saying, “I’m very touched and thankful that I get to work with the actors and staff here today. I will work hard to make this a drama that will remain in our hearts for a long time.”

Lee Dong Wook easily embodied Ye Jin Woo, a specialist at the emergency medical center at Sang Gook University Hospital, who sticks to his beliefs. The actor showed off his smooth charisma and acted with strength, immersing into his character.

First script reading for JTBC drama series “Life” took place March 29, 2018 at JTBC building in Sangam, Seoul, South Korea. Main cast members including Lee Dong-Wook, Cho Seung-Woo, Won Jin-A, Moon So-Ri and Yoo Jae-Myung all attended. The medical themed drama series has Lee Dong-Wook playing Ye Jin-Woo. He works as a doctor at the emergency medical center at Sangkook University Hospital. Cho Seung-Woo plays ambitious Koo Seung-Hyo. He is the President of Sangkook University Hospital. Won Jin-A plays Lee No-Eul. She works as a pediatrician at the same hospital.

Drama series “Life” will first air from July, 2018 in South Korea.

Finally have found this topic. Woo hoo. Won't deny, I'm here most of all for LDW and SF's writer collaboration. My favorite Korean + writer of one of my favorite Korean dramas. And all others in cast are such a superb combo. I smell such a masterpiece. The only problem I see is buzz and attention competition from huge monster from Goblin's writer and another potential hit "Four men". And they all are already promoting their dramas while JTBC looks like has different approach and are going to start promotion 1-1,5 months before drama's start. Huuuul, they should do something to make some hype. So far the only hype is around LDW on set, but even this will end since that crowds prevent filming process. Why people over there are so crazy :((( and Korean say that Chinese or Southern Asians are crazy when kpop and kdrama stars are coming to their countries. They should look at the mirror. Anyhow I hope that at least some fan cams will be leaked even though filming set is already protected much more then before.
