On October 18, a media outlet reported that Jung Hae In is in talks to star as the male lead in a new Japanese drama. In response to the report, Jung Hae In’s agency FNC Entertainment shared, “It is one of the projects that Jung Hae In has received a casting offer for.” Jung Hae In has been actively engaging in various acting projects, from the recently concluded tvN drama “Love Next Door” to the film “I, the Executioner,” a sequel to the hit 2015 film “Veteran.” Notably, “I, the Executioner,” which was released on September 13, recently surpassed 7 million moviegoers, driving significant revenue for theaters in Korea. The “Love Next Door” on-screen couple Jung Hae In and Jung So Min had their photoshoot conducted in Bali, Indonesia, perfectly capturing the picturesque beauty of the two actors, enhanced by their flawless chemistry. During the interview that took place along with the photo shoot, Jung Hae In and Jung So Min showcased their unique rapport, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. When asked how they felt on the last day of filming “Love Next Door,” Jung So Min replied, “It didn’t feel real. We had [previously] agreed to stop each other from crying, but on the actual day, we were both bewildered, asking, ‘Is the filming really over?'” Jung Hae In also shared, “Even after filming ended, I found myself lingering and unable to leave. I miss the filming set,” conveying the atmosphere of the final day.
