i just watched 35 and this episode is just everybody being drunk and young xD

 

im so happy for SI ! sc finaly said her feelings outloud and my boy's smile lighted up the house <3 

i still cant get over about how blunt and honest hes been to her lately he's been telling her that he loves hers and cant live without her almost every episode

just so soft and beautiful and vulnerable TT 

 

also ho maaan i cant wait for ximen to have his walls down ! 

i can feel him already giving in ( im sure he is gonna give xiayou hell for few more episodes) but soon ... soon enough he is gonna give in 

i wonder if they will give them a legit romantic relationship tho in this version ( with a confession , officialisaion and kisses maybe ? bcuz i dont think no version really did ! its always kept ambiguous enough)

but yeah i really want him to give in xD

*i mean just that scene here sc tried to make him promiss her that he wont go for xiayou and he just deviated the talk to not saymore *

but yeah keep talking that talk ...

i missed his sass and presence at that party tbh TT 

im so happy the f3 made him feel very welcomed and nice as soon as he landed

OOOOOF!!!!! FINALLYYYYYY!!!!!!!!! Shan Cai said it!!!!!!!! Hahahahaha. Feels like I have been waiting for ages for this to happen and when it happened I was like, that's it?? LOL. It was really sweet though, and I'm so happy for Si. I loved how he pestered her the whole of 33 and 34 to tell her feelings out loud to him. He is soooo stupid that even after all that she has done he still can't rest at ease until he hear those words from her and now he probably feels like his life is complete. Haha. See how simple his wishes are....these are the things that make Si soooo endearing. 

 

And Lei's comeback scene is my absolute favourite, seeing the boys together made my day. Ximen and Mei zuo playing Rock paper scissors, Si and Lei bickering in the side like a old married couple, what a sight!!!!! Hahahaha. Just give me scenes like this show, I don't ask for anything more. 

 

I'm happy that Ximen and Xiao You's story kick starting now, Xiao You, go and get your man!!!!! Jia You!!!!!! LOL.

Did anyone notice how in episode 34 for a few seconds Daoming Si had his earrings on when he went to see Shancai at the tea shop but when the screen switched to her and back to him he didn’t have them on? And then the earrings were on him again! lol just wanted to point that out

I loved how he was worried that he made her go without one shoe. When he said that I went "awwwww" I don't know it's a simple thing, but it still made me swoon. Grandma Yu's golden advice hit home even for me. I really love how there are many wise people around Si who is helping him grow up to be a complete Man. 

 

And how great is that Si ran out of his house in his night wear when he heard SC was in danger. Where can I get such a protective boyfriend like him?? Sighhh. I bet he spent the night outside her house guarding her like some night watchman. LOL. Poor guy, I wished SC at least gave him some clothes before kicking him out. tsk. 

 

I'm not sure whether they will drag out the angst for so long as some of you have mentioned, we have seen them wrapping up certain arc pretty quickly, so let's hope that they will do the same for London and amnesia arc. And the cuteness that comes after every angsty arc is so on a different level. I'm especially looking forward to the London arc, I'm sure Si won't be able to put up a facade in front of SC for long, he will breakdown quickly. Hehehe. In Si, I trust!!!!

@kokodus it made me swoon too. I love that it really bothered him that she had to hide from his mother's bodyguards and that she had to flee with one shoe. I don't remember grandma Yu giving advice like this in all the other versions of MG but I thought it was interesting that in this version, we can see DS evolve into the person that he is. He might be immature, inexperienced and naive at times but the people around him know that he's a good person and they are all helping him. He's really lucky that even though he lost his dad early and his mom is always away on business, he is still surrounded by good people who genuinely care for him and want the best for him. 

 

I really liked the conversation between DS and grandma Yu in that DS admits that he is worried about his future with SC and admits that his own mother is formidable foe. It just feels so real to me. Like he understands what he is up against and he worries that SC won't be able to stand the challenges. I like that grandma Yu pointed out that they would have to persevere together and that if he wants SC to be confident and feel secure, he would have to be her pillar. 

 

After watching ep 35, I kinda understand DS's reasons for wanting SC to say the words out loud. Like SC said, he's a "black and white" kinda guy and speaks in absolutes so he needs her to say it so he knows for sure where he stands. It's what he needs to hear so he can be sure he has something worth fighting for.

 

I can't wait to see the subbed versions of 36-38.

Just watched NF 35. XY is so brave and cute, I love the actress they casted. She's playing the part so beautifully. Looks like they're following the manga pretty closely with the Ximen/XY storyline.

 

Lei is back and looks like it's been months since he left, and not just days like I thought. I wonder how DS/SC have been able to hide from his mom all this time. . I felt really sad for Lei on the rooftop knowing what must have been going on in his head. Kind of disappointed they showed us his face after SC asks him if he knew she used to like him because now it's a missed opportunity for this sequence from the manga

yall shouldnt mind the minor changes in accesories and wardrobes really xD 

chinese daramas usualy have those ..i watched some befor that even forgot to hide mics or sush

totaly agree the actress thats playing XY is growing on me too 

and she looks like an extra good fit for ceasar they look beautiful and cute together

Ep 33 scene with Lei and DS were so cute. If SC and DS dont work it, I totally ship Lei and DS!! The kissing part was too cute, and the way DS couldn't restraint himself my my my!!! He has the hots for her!!! I really like this new DS!!! He plays DMS so well!! I haven't read or see the manga version, but I can tell that Dylan brings out DS character for this version quite well too. And yay SC finally admits her feelings!!!

Love how sweet DS was in ep 35 when he rushed to her place in the middle of the night in his robe and slippers to see if she was okay. Gaahh! He is just so perfect! Also love that he offered to find her a better place or she could spend the night at his or he could stay with her. Such a sweetheart. ANNND! He even sat outside to keep watch! 

 

I do not know how SC can turn him down. Honestly, if it were me, I would say yes to everything DS offered. Hahaha!

The bts of that necklace throwing scene though.....I can't believe how playful they were while shooting that scene and still were able to convey the emotions well and made hearts broken everywhere. @mouse007 I agree. I'm glad that he has someone like Grandma with whom he can confide his insecurities. That scene was very touching. And yes he is a cupcake indeed for running to his girlfriend as soon as he heard that she was in danger. I'm touched by how caring and devoted a boyfriend he is.....SC, which country did you save in your previous life to get a bf like him?? Sighhh.

He doesn't fall for her, but he's a lot nicer to her and doesn't push her away like he does to Makino .

Makino leaves him a bento and he gets nostalgic as he eats it...but that b* Umi takes credit for it so he starts thinking she might be that someone special to him. But when she brings him her own made bento later, he realizes she's an imposter. I think that's as far as it goes until he gets his memory back.

May I just add that in ep 36, when DS finally moves in as her neighbour and he was having trouble sleeping because the ceiling was too low and there was a damp smell, he could have easily just complained about the entire situation and left but instead he thinks to himself that this is the type of environment that SC grew up in and that he was now the same as her and that he is breathing the same air she is breathing and that made him happy. SC said it perfectly when she said that she thought it would be difficult for her to enter his world but she didn't imagine that he would instead enter hers. I really appreciate this scene because despite DS being wealthy and all that, it really doesn't matter to him because what matters to him most are the people he loves and he is willing to do anything, give up everything for SC.

 

Also, ep 36 eng sub is out! Hurray!!
