Actually I guess and I kinda hope to see it ..

a fight with OG and MW will come. Those two where always like cat and dog - okay monkey and cow - and we know they are kinda the most powerful left on earth.

Two more weeks of Hwayugi and then it is the end! There isn't anything on the DC Inside page about an extension, so maybe they will end it at 20 episodes. 

 

I am happy that the writers are working on all the loose ends of the drama. We finally now why the death bell rang and exactly how the death was supposed to happen. But it looks like OG is changing that fate.

 

One think I don't understand, did the White Heron want to die because she still loved her Sam-jang, or did she just want to die because she didn't want to live on Earth anymore? I was confused about that part.

yes, thats what i remember too, Oh gong is the only one make it become a deity guradian, his fur colors change to Gold

(OG’s dream)
Woman: What you are seeing is Sam Jang’s birth. This time, you are the one designated to protect Sam Jang. To you, I wanted to show the arrival of the new Sam Jang. Since I’m hoping that you will protect this child to the very end. Please don’t let her go.

(OG wakes up to see SM pulling on the geumganggo)

SM: I’m trying to take the geumganggo off you.
OG: I told you that I’m not taking it off.
SM: I’m giving you a chance to leave me behind and run away from me. (grabs his wrist again)
OG: I don’t want to!

OJ: I wonder if I should take them their breakfast.  (sees a stork and is startled) A white stork is visiting Seuramdong.

OG: Don’t do it.
SM: I’m going to do it.
OG: Why? Because you might kill me?
SM: That’s right. Since this is the only way I have to protect you.
OG: Is that why you allowed the sarcophagus lid to be closed over you? Are you an idiot?!
SM: That’s right! I’m an idiot! You bastard. (glass breaks, they look over in surprise)
OG: Oh? I didn’t do that.
SM: Did I do that?

SM: You’re saying I did this?

I had to laugh at OG saying that he wouldn't have broken his precious alcohol no matter how angry he might get.

i feel sick in the stomach watching those deities of heaven rejoicing over the sword as time is coming  . They are worst than human... gosh

i hope OG will burn the whole heaven... i feel so unfair for sunmi.

 

everytime i see her, i still can see the hopeful little girl in her eyes (that's why i said OYS acting is great). I feel like putting her on my pocket.. poor girl

He wants to eat SJ in order to become stronger to defy the heavens. He's angry that he may have been fooled into thinking his child is dead, that the heavens had deliberately lied to him. However, he is much weaker now than he used to be. So, he wants to become more powerful in order to get revenge.

Today's episode sounds depressing  I just want OTP to get married and have cutes babies and live happily ever after because it's what they deserve. Especially SM , despite her tragic life she is so pure , she doesn't deserve to be stabbed to death or lose the love of her life because let's be real, this show is so unpredicatable and OG still has an equal chance of dying. I know this is the turning point of the show but I really miss all the light hearted fluffiness of the earlier episodes. And let's not get started on MW and his continuous backstabbing and the fact that it was okay for someone else to collect points on his behalf is really telling about the spiritual realms ruling, like these people need to go  I  wonder if there's a specific reason why OG was chosen to protect her because the previous protector completed her mission just fine and she's nowhere near as powerful as the great sage, that's why I'm hoping OTP defies the heavens and their stupid fate drama and overthrows them cause they suck.

 

Alsooo who is that baby ?? Is he the next generation's SJ or could it be OG junior from the future lol.

The previous protector was not able to protect her Sam Jang. That everything worked out for the two of them was just a story that OG told SM to make her feel better about things. Rather, something happened where the woman had to kill her Sam Jang, and she had to live on. There is an implication there that the woman protector and her Sam Jang had loved each other as well.

 

edit: I guess the Sam Jang is supposed to be possessed by an evil spirit, and the protector has to then kill the Sam Jang who embodies the evil spirit in order to save the world from the evil spirit.

 

SM then says to OG at one point that if one of them was to die and one remained, that the one remaining would have the harder time of it for a long, long time.

 

I'm not sure who the baby is, but the woman protector/orphanage director had said when OG brought the baby back to her that it had not been his time to be born yet, so the baby seems to have been a device to bring SM to her. Whether the baby is special beyond that, we'll have to wait to see. Given the symbolism of the stork, however, plus MW noting how the baby resembles OG, I'm hoping that it's OG and SM's future baby.

Actually we can be hopeful that there'll be a twist. After all our SOG isn’t gonna go with heaven's original plans. Our SJM is infused with new power. Our MW is angry with the heavens. Surely 3 of them combined will be greater than the evil that's to come? 

 

MW will be redeemed, I really believe so. All this time he's not a totally bad monster. I really hope their kid is SJM. That will surely be enough reason for him to fight against her fate to be a sacrificial lamb. 

 

And gosh, what kind of solution is that? To offer up the blood of one to prevent a catastrophic future... Every time! Doh!
