my friends cannot add my account in Soompi chatting group

Dear Admin, 

My friends created a chatting group here (Soompi), and they said they cannot add my username. And I cannot receive any notification from their invitation?

Could you please to check and advise if there's any prob with my account?

There is something wrong with adding you to an existing conversation. I tried to add you and it kept coming up as another user. What you could try and do is change your username. 

Go to your profile and advanced settings. Hit on email address. Scroll down to your username.

 

 

Edit your name to the new one. Scroll down and hit Update.

 

 

You may have to log out and in for your changes to be seen.

I've asked a colleague as well about your problem, so we'll see what they say though I would recommend changing your name as there are alot very similar eg. I can't even do an @ mention for you.
