Synopsis:

At Luoyang City in the Tang Dynasty, Ye Yuan’an, the daughter of the vice-minister of ministry of finance, gets acquainted with Zhao Lanzhi, a brave head constable, in a prostitute-killed case by accident. They solve the case together and gradually fall in love with each other. Ye Yuan’an saves Mu Le, a man who lost his memories, from a bazaar. Stubborn Mu Le becomes Ye Yuan’an’s servant and is quite loyal to her. Under the case of the the Palace of the Prince Jing and the case of Luotian Cave, Ye Yuan’an, Zhao Lanzhi and Mu Le cooperate closely and succeed in dealing with special cases. And they also defeat the conspiracy of Tianqiao, the state master who aims at despoiling the nine-star prayer beads. Infanta Minghui, the disciple of Tianqiao, falls in love with Zhao Lanzhi and threatens him to marry her with her life. Ye Yuan’an feels so down and decides to marry Mu Yue rashly. But Mu Le gets her wrong. He is quite sad and finds he is the prince of Suoluo Nation. So he steels the nine-star prayers beads which are carved with special skills and comes back to Suoluo Nation for revenge. Ye Yuan’an, Zhao Lanzhi and Infanta Minghui find Mu Le and they four conquer the chaos. At the same time, they also find the one they love.
