Yeap! According to what i read from sources online! Thats why i say its so weird how hyunni is only mentioning it like now. LOL. We had quite a few vlives, she mentioned abt having cats and dogs, aka having pets. Shouldnt she have mentioned it previously? Hahahaha. I mean logically if we are on the topic of having pets, then it would have been mentioned previously alr. Hahahaha. *shakes head* but now, she only mentioned it now and timed it really well to fuel our ship. LOL. The coincidences are really... >.<

 

Edit: i also think the scarf hyunni is wearing doesnt seem like polka dots either. Hahahahahaha.

haha that means she's been raising a turtle even before meeting wookie lol. There was already a turtle in her life before this turtle cam along. LO!L  I hope our turtle oraboni doesn't get jealous of her pet turtle lulu just bcz the real turtle gets more time to spend with her and sees her everyday keke.

I dont think he can split the vacation,but he can choose the dates because daloula told us in in our thread that Jcw start his 1st vacation not exactly 100 days from his enlistment date and its 6 days not 4 days 3 nights.Maybe its plus with vacation reward like Lee Joon got (5d 4n ) and Kim Soo Hyun (4d 3n) because of their performance during basic training (imo).

Right chinguya! Out all the days she choses to speak about her pet turtle she right NOW! Now that wookie is out and she does a vlive and simply drops something outta the blue like I've got a pet turtle and its called lulu. The timing is what sends me sky rocketing to delulu land and man why did she chose to drop this info now?

Delurking to share my take on Jiji shipping and to show my appreciation and gratitude to all the namji/jiji shippers for keeping the thread alive despite the hiatus! THANK YOU would still be an understatement chingus! I have been a silent lurker of this thread as well as the official drama thread since the drama started up to now because i'm really a newbie when it comes to shipping. I signed up for a soompi account just so i could vote for jiji in the soompi awards. I had to befriend google so i could understand all the acronyms and terms being used in this thread because i honestly sometimes could not follow with the convo because of terms not found in my limited shipping and korean vocabulary. I was leading a mediocre life until SP and this thread happened. My world was turned upside down in a good way and my shipper heart beat for the first time. I boarded this ship forewarned because it has been said again and again on this thread that shipping is not for the faint of heart and is done so at our own risk that is why my expectations are little to none (for my sanity's sake not for the lack of faith in Jiji).

 

I adore JCW and NJH individually and equally, but together, no superlatives can ever describe my love for them. I admire their passion for their craft and the effort they make to do justice to whatever role they have to play be it the lead role or support. Professionalism must be their last name.Lol. They are artists in the true sense and what a gift! I often wondered what made me ship them because I have seen other kdramas played by equally talented actors and made my heart flutter but never really shipped them. It wasn't the too-obvious-you-could-almost-touch-it onscreen chemistry, nor the passionate onscreen and bts kisses or those searing yet subtle gazes that got me. What tugged at my heart was the fun, laughter and happiness that both of them had during the filming evident on the bts footages. It was happiness, attraction, friendship and love unfolding personified.
 
Right now, we are not privy to Jiji's real status and that's okay because we are shippers after all. We ship them because we want to and not because they want us to. They are not in any way obligated to share every detail of their private lives to satisfy our curiosity even if they are public figures but rather we owe them gratitude for whatever or how little they are willing to share with us regarding their private lives.

Lastly, let us always remind each other to not be too focused on our intended destination. Sometimes, we are too focused on the destination that we forget to appreciate the journey itself. The tides and the winds of heaven can only do so much as to propel this ship to sail but only the captain and co-captain holds the coordinates and gets to decide on the destination. All others aboard, us shippers included can only support and cheer them on especially whenever we thread on tumultuous waters and protect them from those sharks and vultures who seems to be always circling our ship. I guess too much heat was generated from our Jiji kisses that's why they smell the blood even from afar and were drawn to stalk this ship.LOL

We are truly blessed shippers for having to witness on front row seats the unfolding of a love (platonic or romantic we don't really know but had an idea which one though) story right before our eyes. This journey gifted us with friendship, laughter ( mostly because of the byeontae squad that would put the Winters and James of this world out of business), the lessons on anatomy and physiology which were way better than those being taught inside the classroom and a familial bond forged out of love for Jiji. We were given so much so that even if this ship sinks (i really hope not) we could still say with a happy heart and definitely with no regrets that THE JOURNEY WAS WORTH IT.

About his vacation, it cannot be split and I don’t think he’s the only one choosing the exact dates. He probably has to schedule it with his camp so as to not have everyone in the camp leave at the same time. Just like how in work you need to get your vacation dates approved by your superiors.
