 It was my second thought when i saw this scene. 

First one was about that it's so obvious that he is not comfortable when Forth shows off him like a prize. The way he hide his hand kinda tells it.

Yeah..it is a dream statement. I just don't think that authors or directors are ready to give up feminizing one member of a same-sex male couple.   Maybe oneday...

Call me a wife...and your day will look differently than it began... It has happened and it hasn't been pretty...for the other person - it was a teachable moment for them !!

Sadly that's so true, especially I think in Asian movies and dramas. We can all live in hope, and as you say maybe one day. 

 

As for the wife situation, it would not be a good day for anyone who even "hinted" that I was the "wifey" in my relationship with Kim. I might be a little more feminine than some males, but I'm all "man" with all the manly bits, that I fully intend to hold on to. Now and in the future.

Tbh, i think in the series reality Beam doesn't really mind being called like this. He and Forth under same illusion that bottom=wife & top=husband. He himself called Yo Pha's wifie once. So on one side he is all "i'm man, i can do hard work too, i'm not some girl for you to protect" but on the other he is low key accept that as long as they positions in bed don't change (even though it happened just once yet) he is a wife.

I get what you mean but if Forth calls him boyfriend, and ask him to be his fan and not his wife, the position in bed which bothers him so much won't be an issue until they were in bed and then they could figure that out (both of them only) without everyone thinking he's the bottom.

From the outside they are two alphas (and once again be a bottom doesn't make you a wife or a woman).

and I think that there is the source of confusion and misunderstanding. Bed positions  do not equal wife in a same sex-relationship. It's just a choice...and not the only one  (TWM is closer to reality)... Here's where I also think the authors lack the lived experience or they wouldn't write these Cirque du Soleil types of  "interactions".  I still hope that Beam man's up and pushes back on the "wife " . WE don't know why Forth left pissed..was it because what was said or because Beam yanked his hand away ?  There's some editing  in the clip...guess we'll have to wait...2 more days...

Exactly! Who's T or B depends on a lot of factors at the time. Individual preference, the mood at the time etc. It's not a one or the other situation. Also, it doesn't define a relationship. There's a lot of versatility in gay relationships these days, although I think the "Cirque du Soleil" interactions only happens in fiction as you say, or porn videos and only after lots and lots of practice.

• Seems they had 2 possible endings: PhaYo with their high school memories and cliff hanger (if 2moons3 becomes sure thing).
• As expected: just about two minutes of MingKit and half of it was shown in preview (who do that!?).
• I laughed when Pha says Yo to be grown man and after that Yo says sorry and gives him a little finger as gesture of making up. And when Forth was playing sulking drama queen (sorry not sorry for calling him drama queen). Beam should've hit him harder.))
• Good to see that Forth and Beam know word "fan". It was nice to have almost entire ep. about them (even if i prefer to have ep. more equally timed for each couple). (Somehow their struggle with each other on the hospital bed reminded me of PhunNo.)) I like their moments like Forth putting his head on Beam lap or them holding hands. I think the scene in the car is my favorite. When Forth was watching Beam drinking water i was sure he'll say this cliche line about indirect kiss.
• It's funny and sweet that both Forth and Pha have special soft voice for their bf.
• How satisfying was to see Park being punched.
• Thanks for BTS. Always like to watch it.
