Can't Log In

Question

Hey, so I'm logged in in my mini tablet all the time, but when I try to log in on my PC I just get a "sign in" or "sign up" option. This has been happening for two whole days. What's going on, and has anyone had this problem?

I'm not sure, but I'd give it a few days. They should respond soon hopefully.

If you email help@soompi.com they'll be able to help you out. 

i use facebook to log in, so no password is needed. maybe because i'm using chrome? or chrome is not working? i'll try with firefox.

hello, i made an official account and i tried firefox and i tried logging in through another mobile device that never visited soompi in its history, but it didn't work. the same for cookies. however, when i tried logging in with the official account earlier today, even that wouldn't work, and now it does. i guess the FB option is broken or something?

either way i'll be sure to use the email now.

I've not had this problem and I've logged in on my laptop, mobile and tablet. Is your password correct?
