Can't Log In

Hey, so I'm logged in in my mini tablet all the time, but when I try to log in on my PC I just get a "sign in" or "sign up" option. This has been happening for two whole days. What's going on, and has anyone had this problem?

I've not had this problem and I've logged in on my laptop, mobile and tablet. Is your password correct?

i use facebook to log in, so no password is needed. maybe because i'm using chrome? or chrome is not working? i'll try with firefox.

hello, i made an official account and i tried firefox and i tried logging in through another mobile device that never visited soompi in its history, but it didn't work. the same for cookies. however, when i tried logging in with the official account earlier today, even that wouldn't work, and now it does. i guess the FB option is broken or something?

either way i'll be sure to use the email now.

i used the email and it said i should be getting back to me shortly, but it's been two days. what is the regular time for a respond from soompi do you know?

I'm not sure, but I'd give it a few days. They should respond soon hopefully.

I get that you're quite the Kim You Jung lover/fanatic, but can you please stick to asking your question in one thread (whether it be a new thread or a post to an existing one)? Makes it a lot easier for us to solve your problem
