messenger notifications

Hello there!

I am not getting any notification for messenger and apparently administrator has disabled the option from being toggled, so can't change back the position either. Could you kindly take a look admins.

@nearsea can you tell us which notifications you're missing?

@Hanyeoun and me have tested and we both receive a red 1 when a new message appears (top right). Is this the notification you're missing or are we looking in the wrong place?

Hey thank you for the response . For some weird reason just after posting here, the messenger notification is on now, and I can see the red 1 button again. May be some technical hitch or something? Thanks guys!
