@dzareth Hi there! If you haven’t watched Duel, please do so! Duel is his essential work for now. Even when I knew he played both clones he was so good that it confused me and I kept saying to myself “The evil clone is a better actor” and then I was like “Wait a minute...!”  :joy: He’s not called Monster Rookie for nothing, his acting is really no joke. I don’t think it was too early for him to act opposite SHJ, you’d never say he’s not an experienced actor, his onscreen charisma is pretty strong even next to much more experienced actors.

 

Funny that you mentioned Jung Kyung Ho, because I thought of him too - he should try to be versatile as JKH who can pull off ff anything from rom-coms, black comedy to thrillers.

[News] 2018.08.24 Korean Skincare Brand “Leaders” Finally Makes Its Way To The Philippines!

There’s another Korean skincare brand in town you’re bound to love – meet Leaders!

Filipino K-beauty fanatics are in for a treat as the “leader in skin science” hits the local market this month!

 

Leaders is a skincare brand founded by dermatologists and skin specialists in Korea. It is famous for sheet masks made from bio-cellulose – which makes each mask fit and feel just like a second skin!

The brand held its grand launch on August 23 at SM North EDSA The Block Atrium, with several special treats for Filipino skincare enthusiasts. To start it off, all of its mask sheets were on a grand promo to let everyone try out the magic of Leaders on their own.

 

Their brand ambassador Yang Sejong of Thirty but Seventeen, Temperature of Love, and Romantic Doctor also made a special appearance during the event – wait … well, sort of.

 

Despite not being at the launch physically, Yang Sejong’s presence was felt strongly, thanks to all of his ever-happy photos and standees all around the venue.

In the event, there was also activities like a DIY Pouch Embellishment station where you could personalize your Leaders mask pouch. Another activity was the Leaders Spin, where skincare lovers got the chance to win amazing prizes; like K-Pop albums, face masks, and limited signed postcards of Yang Sejong by spinning the roulette for a minimum purchase of Php 300. Pssst* Did anyone of you get any Yang Sejong’s postcard?

There was also a section for skin analysis and consultation, where everyone could know more about their skin’s status when it comes to oiliness, pores, temperature, tone, etc. With this helpful information, the customers were given recommendations on which sheet masks would best suit their skin’s needs.

 

Viu Philippines also had a booth; where they offered a chance to win a signed Yook Sungjae poster and Viu items when you participate in their activities!

 

The event ended with a bang with Yang Sejong’s “mabuhay, Philippines!” and “mahal ko kayo!” greetings played on the big screen – and yes, we definitely screamed – internally!

I’m a new fan to YSJ! I haven’t watched anything but 30x17 but have plans to watch Duel when I have time. 

I actually can kind of relate to his oddness and different way of thinking...I don’t know if it’s because his birthday is like a 5 day difference to mine? Anyhoo...thanks for updates on this thread @mademoisellesia! Dkpg4O3U4AAp-j2?format=jpgSwoons:love:

Mr Gong is so jumpy. He jumped twice in episode 19-20. He jumped in earlier episodes too. It hence makes me curious if this is a natural response/reaction during acting or is required in the script. If it is just an act, and even better if it's an ad-lib, as it really stood out because this basically means Sejong created this "special characteristic" just for Gong Woo Jin's character.

I am officially a new fan of this actor..

 

To me, he has the most soothing and one of the most perfectly lovable features... and also one of the best method actors I have ever seen. Don't make me talk about his stares and smile..he is practically a "newborn" in the acting world but I am so looking forward for his upcoming projects...so far, he has yet to disappoint me in any of his acting. I was not a fan yet when he was acting in Saimdang and Temperature of Love but now I am a total fan of his..after watching him in 30 but 17...

 

p/s not sure how SHS can make her heart still when face to face with him. He is just so beautiful!! But I bet, all her nervousness went away once she saw how he looked (stared) at her in the drama..hehehehe

In summary, the news reported Leaders Cosmetic Mediu Amino H.A. Moisture Ampoule sold 360,000 bottles after being released into the market two months ago. Leaders Cosmetics believe the brand model, Yang Se Jong's success in his current Mon-Tue SBS drama, 30 but 17 is partly the influence. The sales of this product is also doing well in China.
