Ep. 6 really invests a lot of deep feels for the OST 'Beautiful'.

 

After all, our Goblin is just a truly lonely warrior. Nobody teaches him about love (that beautiful life) and he doesn't open up his heart because he still believes that its punishment for him. Then ET comes, as his bride, making him believes that somewhat with the title of 'Goblin's bride' he must connect with her and the result is... He opens his heart to a girl who shines a lot in front of him (ET self is not that happy girl because of her supernatural wills) then he falls deeper and deeper because the empathy that builds between them (ET and Goblin). I'm truly excited to see what beautiful AND sorrowful atmosphere that this song brings to next level of their feelings towards each other; that 'one more day' hopes and fears.

I do not watch promo material as it skews my view on the drama itself so personally I would say it shouldn't count until it's been shown in the actual drama. Promo materials are often purposefully misleading to hook viewers and that could be the case here too. 

Half the fun is trying to figure things out before it's spelled out for me in neon. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong; it's not a big deal. ./shrug.

I've watched this clip a million times.....

This scene...his expression...and the OST.....is just so sad...and so heart-breakingly perfect....Everything about her calls out to him and no matter how hard he tries, he just CANNOT resist the pull of Eun Tak. 

It's a punch in the heart every single time!

So far so good, though I was left disappointed with the latest episodes - I cringed every time they added the same flashbacks. I think there's enough scenes of ET's smiling and her hair getting blown by the wind. Stawwwwwwwwwpppp it! lol

I do hope they are able to tap into the side stories of the people they are going to pass away or at least flesh out more on the mystery of the Grim Reaper X Goblin's past. Fingers crossed for next week ><

Sometimes, while reading comments, I wonder if I'm the only viewer, willing to suspend disbelief while watching a fantasy drama.

...frankly, the best visually produced Kdrama I've watched this year ~  also the most witty and poignant.

Out of all the dramas aired in the past 12 months, I managed to watch only 2 to the entire end. (and this is from someone who watched ALL 51 episodes of Empress Ki in 2014) Even if it's not a GREAT drama, if something about it catches my heart, I give it a go. 

So I'm exceedingly pleased that there is ONE drama that I can happily watch (and anticipate through the year's end) in spite of flaws, and/or "I wish the story would go this direction, instead of that".

Simple enjoyment. Laughs!! tears...characters that make me want to know more about their journey. 

I trust, in advance, that the writer will give this Goblin peace...and I'm open to how that comes about. <3
