next scene, YB talking to the son of the wrongfully accused serial killer

the kid got out of the cashier's and attacked YB, it was all his plan so that the reporters could see the kid attacking him

JC received a text message about HJ from her mom

he asked to be excused from the meeting and they asked him why and asked about HJ

JC went and rushed to the hospital, pleading to the nurse to have him see HJ but after much pleading he heard HJ's voice and looked back to see her seated in the bench behind him.

he hugged her and carried her.

There's a dream about the trial. In the dream. HJ was interrogated. WT became the witness. HJ tries to stop him to be the witness because they'll find out about his color blindness. WT confessed to the court about his color blindness. YB and his lawyer smiled/satisfied about this. (JC is losing the case). It was WT's dream.

Jc hj and wt on a rooftop eating...Jc treated them to snacks...They are staying his treat is a bit stingy...lol

Wah, look at his handsome but detestable face (gif credit to @jeonghyang) ... hats off to Lee Sang Yeob for a most excellent portrayal of s-Lee-azy . I know we rarely talk much about the villain, and in many dramas the villain can be quite straight up boring. But our  Prosecutor Lee  here has added a lot of value to this show and I often like watching his scenes.

at the court building, JC and sunbae arrived and they stopped seeing YB and his lawyer.

they said their greetings, elder ones went first and YB and JC were all left

surprisingly JC is so collected and YB showed all his arrogance looking down at JC but I think YB was unnerved by this calm YB

they went into the courtroom and stated their please, conditions, etc, lols sorry not familiar with technical court room terms

and WT has to admit it that was the girl that he likes.

 

HJ left WT with JC to answer her phone. and JC said something, WT got the idea that actually JC know his feeling toward HJ, but JC tell him that they should stay friends without being awkward to each other.
