Actually, I'd like to point out that IU has always treated her fans well. ^^ Whenever she has time, she always posts From.IU messages on her fancafe and chats with her fans. She used to also be really active on Twitter, also chatting with fans. At the airport, she always buys snacks for her fans too. During her concerts and fan meetings, she always goes above and beyond for fan requests. A concert or fan meeting can get randomly extended by a couple of hours, just because the fans don't want her to leave yet. She'll give encore after encore, just because her fans chant for it.

It's not that IU learned how to treat her fans well from Joon Gi. It's that BOTH of them absolutely and genuinely love their fans. And I believe that is part of what makes them bond so well too.

Thanks so much for translating and sharing this! I feel warm fuzzies in my heart right now, lol. LJG is such a gentleman. I figured that he did help her up, just from the evidence in the broadcast (him standing by their table at the end of the interview and then the cut later shows him and IU sitting down at the table once more). But these added details of him holding her shoes, catching her before she fell, helping her put her shoes back on... what is this? FANFICTION? haha

I wonder if there are pics/vids... The fans seemed to be respectful of not taking anything during filming (they were probably told not to), so there really might not be anything. On the other hand, if there are pics/vids, I don't think fans would share anything so as not to start any rumors that may crop up as a result. *shrugs*

About Taiwan... for a second, I was wondering if they would attend each other's fanmeeting/concert, but I suppose not. Unless it's in secret? lol Could they even pull off such a thing? haha xP BUT if they do attend each other's fanmeetings, I think that'll say a lot about the current status of their friendship. (I still don't think they're together, but it does feel like something's there. But what do I know? lol) It would be different if they had attended the fanmeetings that were in Korea - LJG would've had the excuse of being with the rest of the Moon Lovers cast/crew, though IU going to LJG's would've been strange since no one went to his thing, lol. Attending each other's out of the country fanmeeting/concert is something else altogether.

But, even if they don't go to each other's things, I suppose they could always meet up and we would never know, lol. I guess we'll see what the weekend brings! ;P

Yes, exactly! In fact, just today, IU sang the birthday song to a fan who was waiting for her at the airport in Taiwan. It's not the first time she's done that either. Tell me of another celebrity who goes out of their way for a fan like that. Joon Gi and IU just matches perfectly, even in the fan service department.

Sooooo good! The author has written several ones before and they're all good reads too. I love how all her SoSoo stories start off as them being friends/bestfriends then eventually fall for each other. Kinda like our JoonU in real life, friends (?) at the moment, and hopefully fall in love later (or sooner)
