LoL I think I missed at least half the show, but thanks to you guys, at least got the flow of things.

I love our OTP interactions, especially how they worked together at the end to treat the patient. I hope TK forgives SJ and gives her another chance.

TK gets a call of what went on. He is at the casino and spots an old guy being wheeled end in the casino. Hmm new twist.

DJ then visits SJ. She's awake now and is back at her hospital bed. He tells her of what happened. She gets upset for him and tells him to go. He says he missed her. She throws her blanket over her.

DJ gets a call from Nurse Oh, he mentions something that the nurse said and SJ sits up and tells him to attend to the patient. 

Haha, she tells him via phone what he should do on the patient, she is banned from the ER. She instructs him on what to do for the patients. Talk about training in a personal way.

TK suddenly walks in covered in soot to the surprise of the staff while he assists a patient.

TK sees SJ shouting orders to DJ on the phone. He looks disappointed at her. END.

Oh what? now I can't wait to see the full episode.... from all your description it seems there is still a lot going on though it seems the pace is not as fast as previous episodes, guess we are getting into the details of each individual now.

About same here ...and the flow has a patern: operation, fighting, yelling, pain, tears and all over again...but i like it...well it was that cute blanket scene as well ...hope we'll get more relaxed scenes with our OTP

Hope DJ plan to leave will change coz Kim will be injured...or not...we'll see tomm

They may have to focus on each of the main leads one by one to tell their story, TK is kinda scary when he is angry  but SJ has the greatest respect for him. The sleepy doldam hospital becomes very busy in today's episode. I'm curious why Dir's son interest was perked up when he heard SJ's name. If SJ is Dir's secret child, then they will be half brother and sister? wonder if they are on good terms or not.

Dr Kim is off to the casino to meet some Gangster Boss in a wheelchair (as we saw in the preview)

Nurse Oh calls Dr Kim about the emergency but he sees that gangster mobs and follows him into the room

 

While he is away there was a sudden emergency of lots of injured patients. 

DJ was about to leave the ER to meet his Chief and Director so he can return back to Seoul. But Nurse Oh called him and so did some patients family begging him to save their son and he remembers himself and how his father passed away so he ditched the dinner with  Director Do. Pity the patient dies and he feels so helpless. He hears his Chief voicemail abusing him for ditching him. DJ mother calls but he couldnt speak to her, she senses that DJ is upset and ask him are you having a tough time. Then DJ breaks down and is crying.

DJ visits SJ...lots of talking but all I heard was him telling her that he missed her ... Nawww tooo cute @jeonghyang I hope youve captured some cute scenes

There was a fire with many new patients coming in with burns. Nurse Oh calls him to help. Dr Yoon tells him to go to and he says he doesnt know how to help. So she instructs him with over the phone. Dr Kim is comes in with a few ashes and blood on him and is assisting the emergency. He sees Dr Yoon and DJ working together with the Phone and ENDS.... DARN

Thanks @Kasmic..... good screen caps. This episode seems to be a set up for DJ's decision to leave or stay on. Of course he'll stay..... otherwise end of the story as soon as it started . They creating an appeal to his better self to help out KSB....Oh sorry , earlier I thought he went to the casino to gamble. From your recap, he went to see the gangster boss ? I wonder what connection ?

It's a turning point for DJ here when he decides to stay and help the patients instead of going to dinner with the head and dir of Geusan hospital.

Seo Jung is so funnily cute sneeking around,  and awww the part where DJ said he missed her and covered her feet that was exposed, was so sweet. DJ still cares a lot for her but of course she is running away from him. 

Wonder who is the guy in the wheel chair? some gangster boss? sure looks like one. 

And TK is a good fighter it seems, DJ can't seem to win him at all

and she smiled at his sweet gesture  how can you not fall for this guy? 

Gosh I feel like Im easily pleased and usually Im not lol! 

 Maybe because this ep had so many heartbreaking moments for both DJ and SJ and me seeing these lil things gives me comfort in knowing it can give them the lil hope to get thru their tough times. Because at this stage they are dealing their matters on their own. It's no wonder she appreciates his caring gestures towards her.  

 

I was also wondering why Dr Kim was at the casino...hahaha @lavender2love Dr Kim is a gambler,  no he was looking for the gangster boss and looking at the preview it seems he was hit by the gangs and a fight breaks out which probably caused the fire at the casino.  What is the connection of this Gangster Boss and Dr Kim? Dr Kim was hit and forced to kneel at their confrontation and the Boss looks unsettled. Maybe its related to the surgery that Dr Kim did that went wrong (as in preview ep 3 because we didnt see this in today's ep) is related to the Gangster Boss. Maybe with this case Director Do framed Dr Kim to take the fall and make him loose his license as a Doctor and Dr Kim is trying to find evidence to prove his innocence. 

Maybe I need some shut eye... Oh wait Im suppose to look at the super moon.  But last I checked it was like the same and now just clouds   @angel2013 how is the super moon in your world?
