No, that is not correct. Voting is part of what decided the ranking for the M!Countdown chart. It doesn't count for 100% of the decision, but it counts for part of it. The guest list is arranged by the coordinators, and really has nothing to do with the votes.

Can anyone point me to a clubbox that has full clips of Mnet Countdown. Most of the ones I've seen contain only cuts. Also, is this show not as popular as Inki, Music Core, and Music Bank? Why is it so easy to get links for those shows and not for MNet Countdown?

Mcountdown is broadcasted on a cable channel, therefore it is not recorded and uploaded regularly like other shows that are on local channels. There are no clubboxes that currently hold full Mcountdown shows.
