Building a better forum

The purpose of this thread is to provide plans to make the forum better. If you think Soompi is getting really boring and you want to see things improve, this is the thread to talk about everything regarding that. I don't do this to be entertaining or to give anyone a hard time. I do this to address the rut this place is in, and for those who desire the greener pastures. Things have been insipid for too long.

A good or bad thread could be the difference in gaining viewers and making users want to contribute more. Too many bad threads have polluted the forum. This forum isn't built to make the threads as good as possible. To make threads good on a more consistent basis there has to be enforcement. The moderators have to step in and help make the threads better. If a poster makes a topic that looks bad, a moderator can step in to help make their bad topic better. Making authorization for it allows the action.
