Do you exercise regularly ?

no.. I am usually not an active person and I like to eat junk/fast food sometimes. But I am trying to lose some weight this summer because I am tired of being fat :joy: 

I want to fit in my old jeans and shoes... they feel too tight for me now :weary:

I started to watch some exercise videos on Youtube recently but I suck at doing planks..

I think it is enough to exercise every day and some exercise during the day. The main thing is to avoid blood stagnation and prolonged cramps. I exercise on my own at home, I don't do anything special. But I want to tell you that I feel much more comfortable this way.
