egoswithpopcorn
I do exercise as much as I can... can't specifically say how many times a week 'cause sometimes I give myself rest weeks lol But my fitness routine usually consists of squats, weights (3 lb weights), dancing, sit ups and sometimes planks.

I think you need to allow some time to rest first after dinner because if you jog right away, then appendicitis is next.hehe Just kidding. But yes, rest first, let the food that you ate during dinner get digested properly first before you do your exercise. They say it takes at least 4 hours for that, so eat light during dinner too. AnimeAdvenger
Yes! I try to not make it too intense so I'm not too sore or exhausted the next day. I also play a lot of sports in and out of school so I usually count that as exercise if anybody asks.

gracieb
I feel bad when I haven't exercised daily (not sick but bad that I'm lazy), but luckily I have to walk to work everyday so it allows me to get it out of the way. I'll usually do other stuff as well with weights.
jellybeans2009
The older you get, the more you may feel that you'll NEED to exercise regularly well, if you listen to your body anyway...! It'll help you sleep, reduce stress, and even prolong your life. There are endless benefits! My exercise: weekly a mix of yoga, swimming, bicycling and keeps me pretty fit! Best tip is: find something that you truly enjoy doing. If a friend wanted to go running with me, I'd hide lol but the above mentioned activities are things I love. Gonna pick up surfing soon, which is a GREAT workout and tons of fun! Edited September 22, 2017 by jellybeans2009 Adding more info!

AH...it's terrible, I became so lazy lately, even though I don't need to loose weight or something, I just think everyone should exercise at least 3 days a week, it's for general health
