The photos look very exciting. Filming is definitely on the roll for Beautiful Mind, so is Jang Hyuk. @Prettysup those photos of Jang Nara with Park Seyoung and other cast members from School 2013 are reposted in the other thread. I saw another one too from IG with a different pose, all very pretty without heavy make-up.

Yhm looks cute with his floppy  hairstyle, park se young looks smart and pretty with long hair.

Any idea whether there is a loveline between the 2?

considering very short notice- this drama is looking good.

@Gerry58 Not too sure whether they is any loveline between the 2 second leads, but since YHM is acting as a bad guy, I guess probably not?

Anyway the news said that this story is not the typical medical drama, it will have suspense and mystery in every episode.

Charismatic doctor transformation "... Jang Hyuk, 'A Beautiful Mind' certification shots taken

Actor Jang Hyuk unveiled a certification shot of new Monday / Tuesday KBS-2 drama "A Beautiful Mind" when he posted a photo on 30th May on instagram with the caption "It's me ~ from today".

In the drama, Jang Hyuk acts as a  genius neurosurgeon Lee Young Oh.  The banner with his picture hangs in the hospital depicting him as a sober and charismatic doctor wearing a robe.

Lead actor Jang Hyuk joined the drama filming late due to his earlier commitment in China filming another drama.  Lead actress Park So Dam is also joining the cast late due to the controversy of her pre-produced drama "Cinderella and the 4 knights" which may cause an overlap in the broadcasting schedule.

'A Beautiful Mind' is a story of a zero empathy genius neurosurgeon who one day suddenly finds himself became entangled in the strange death of his patient. Keep your eyes open to the story of how he recovers love and humanity.

Jang Hyuk, Park So Dam, Heo Joon Ho, Oh Jung Se, Ryu Seung Soo, Yoo Jae Myung, Park Se Young, Yoon Hyun Min, Shim Yi-Young, Kim Do Hyun, Jun Seong Woo, Lee Jae-ryong, and Ha Jae-sook  will make their appearances in this drama, starting from June 20th as the first broadcast.

@Prettysup- wow this drama getting more and more actors.

Don't recognize her, some of the young actresses look alike.  The hospital looks very impressive, clean and new. Hope the teaser will out soon

I like crime and mystery, now watching Vampire Detective, after I finished signal.

Saw jang hyuk on YouTube to kill time, while waiting for this drama during his drama promo for Iris 2, Fated to love U, Deep Rooted Tree- he is highly respected.

Also saw psd's recent appearance on Radio Star & Entertainment Tonight. Saw she had a small part in Veteran and another movie she acted as a nun. This girl is everywhere!!

@Gerry58 , the movie which PSD acted as a nun is called "The Priests" which she had won many awards for it, including the Koran Film Reporters Award (Best new actress), 11th Max movie awards (Best female newcomer, Rising star award), Chunsa film arts award (Best rookie actress). She has also been nominated for the 2016 Baeksang award for Best new actress in both the drama (Because its the first time) and movie (The priests) categories.

Her acting in Because It's The First Tiems so terrible...

@Prettysup- wow 2 days time we get to see the full cast- so excited  :D

Your Dr Lee looks very distinguished in the white coat with black tie and shirt- a smart dresser. Don't mind having him as my doctor :wub:

PSD will be one to watch since everyone thinks so highly of her. She is like Kim go eun
