Ah, so JH tried to go after HJ, but SW's father called her, so he couldn't. Hm, IJ has already appeared, as well as Han Hye Jin's cameo. ^^

Aw, JH went to see his father, and father says he wishes he could see JH get married and starts crying. T_T And JH lays his head on his father's chest and tells him that he's happy that his father is his father (I think).

JH so sweet with his dad  is there any guy like this until now?

Start with where we left off when HJ walked off, JH was just staring at her then he ran after her. 

HJ enters the hospital and gets a call from JMH. JH calls her name but she walks away to take the call. JMH cuts the call abruptly. The lackey of JMH gives him papers and tells him who gave the papers.

In the busy ER, we see IJ walk in. She checks on a patient then gives orders to a resident.

A distraught relative wheels in his patient on a gurney accompanied by the chubby neurosurgery resident.

chaos in the hospital, i think some accident happen

some man is very hysterical about his patient

JH went inside dad's room and checked on him

he put the food inside

his dad called him and he brought the food on the bedside table

his father talked to him and he offered food

his father said sorry and he asked why, he is about to cry

he continued to say sorry 

JH seems to reassure him, 

JH is getting frustrated that his dad is crying awwwwwwwwww

then he came beside the bed and laid down his head on his fathers chest

awwwwwwwwww a very good son indeed!

IJ appears at the hospital (scene from preview)

She is seeing to an emergency patient

JD comes in with another emergency patient (the cameo from preview)

JD is trying to control the guy outside (also from preview)

cut to JH going to visit his dad

his dad notices him and they talk, JH brought him some food, his dad is apologising 

awww his dad starts to cry and JH is being his usual charming self

JH places his head on his dad’s chest <3 this scene is so nice

cut to HJ doing some checks on JH dad

IJ comes in then to also see JH dad and both IJ / HJ recognise each other

they greet each other and HJ gets a call and she leaves

Kang soo meets HJ and they look at some xrays

HJ meets the distraught guy outside

IJ walking and YD uncle came up to her

he talks to her and tells him if they can drink

HJ is taking the bp of chairman they talked

IJ came inside and  is in a very cheerful mood

HJ got a call and the chairman told her to leave

she rushed to the ER and KS updates her of the info

she came to the hysterical man who is now lumped on the floor

HJ looked into the patient and geral surgery intern came to her

Distraught relative begs the residents to save the patient.

JH checks in on his father, the director is awake and apologizes to JH over something, think about making his life hard. JH assures him, but dad is upset. JH hugs his father....aww. He seems to be telling him how much he cares about him, his father said the same.

YD's uncle catches up with IJ at the hall, they talk.

HJ this time checks on JH's dad, she takes his BP, they talk warmly. IJ walks in and seems surprised to see HJ but she doesn't react first. They talk and suddenly IJ is friendly towards HJ. HJ gets a call and leaves them.
