I don't know but it doesn't seem likely. They finished off the storyline and the series was followed by another one (Bake Me Love) with different characters. I can't see it happening.

Yes, there is a season 2 coming soon for the first two series in Senior Secret Love, it was announced right when SS1 ended ^^ Krist will be in it too~ ^_^

It's not unfinished. It's not explicit/sexual but

The two boys get together at the end (they confirm their relationship when they're cleaning out the club room). It's a very light BL story, the 'straight' one teases the uke, they slowly build up their relationship but it's fairly ambiguous because the straight one (the one in SOTUS) is kind of working out his feelings. The uke kisses him and he doesn't push him away but also doesn't really react. Then they see each other again when they're in their club room and the uke says something like 'why do you never say sweet things to me' and then the 'straight' one says something sweet and then they smile at each other (that's me interpreting that they got together) and then the show ends with the two couples agreeing to hang out together.
