Just finished epi 19 and still thinking to watch ep 20 and 21 or not.

 

Can't wait till Susu jumped down from ZhuXianTai.

 

Was watching some videos and I feel very ironic that Susu asked for a baby to accompany her while YeHua is away but it ended up with YeHua being the one who has the baby to accompany him while he "waited" for Susu/BaiQian to return to him. (One scene of him carrying AhLi while revisiting the old hut of Susu is so sad).

 

Then followed by BaiQian become a higher rank ShangShen after the trial but ironically that most of us feel that YeHua also going through a trial, in fact, I think while BaiQian needs this trial to become ShangShen, YeHua need this trial to regain his position as the another son of FuShen, the Father of MoYuan. Maybe that why this trial lasted much longer than what Bai Qian went through...

 

Awwww, this drama is the next one after MLSHR that made me chased like crazy. I reread the novel twice and move on to read the 2nd novel about DongHua and FengJiu. In fact, though they titled this drama after the first book, but half of the 2nd book is actually mixed in the drama. Like FengJiu becoming the pet fox of Donghua, went to the mortal world to be with him, being abandoned on her wedding day. Just that, don't know she will has a son or not...

Can someone who's read the novel tell me if the son that SuSu has get bullied by the evil concubine, or does he get brainwashed by her to love her as his mother or some other trope. Could someone also spoil the FengJiu/DongHua romance for me? Under a spoiler tab or PM me XD I just ship them so much

YeHua doesn't allow that evil woman to even come close to his son. That evil woman was banned from stepping close and YeHua only allowed the son to remember his actual mother. YeHua also openly hate and ignored that evil woman, even stabbed her when she tried to marry into his palace then he shut the door on her.

DongHua and FengJiu ended up with FengJiu in deep sleep while DongHua take care of her while wait for her to wake up and he managed to be get together with his son.

This is the only part I am not happy about as FengJiu and DongHua finally confessed while they going to die but it ended up with DongHua waiting now. Maybe he needs to pay back for making FengJiu wait for him the past 2000 years. Plus FengJiu also hide in Mortal World for 200 years after she mistaken who DongHua really love.

Recap of episode 17:
This episode starts off with Dong Hua carrying, Feng Jiu back to her room, which she shares with the other maids. On the way Dong Hua encounters Lian Song who asks him what he is carrying in his arms.Dong Hua replies, what this is,can't you see for yourself? Lian Song remarks that he has never seen Dong Hua have relations with a woman before, so he was just frightened. He asks isn't this the little princess from Qing Qiu? Lian Song says she is a good woman, but Qing Qiu is a difficult place, his 2nd brother and Ye Hua have both fallen in their hands. Dong Hua should know that becoming the son in law of Qing Qiu is not an easy feat.
Lian Song remarks that she must have been tricked into eating the Lost Soul Fruit. Dong Hua tells him to go ask his woman (Cheng Yue), which makes Lian Song hit himself with his fan. 

Dong Hua takes Feng Jiu back to her room and is greeted by the other maid who tell him where her bed is. After he puts her down, he intended to leave but she pulled his robes and called out his name. Later, he is in his study writing something, when Feng Jiu comes in. She asks him if he brought her back to the palace last night and he says yes. She asks if he fed her 2 bowls of soup, he says no, it was 3. He asks if she has anything else to ask while she is cringing. If she does not have anything to say then he is going to court. Feng Jiu asks how do they count the soup (does she owe him another debt). He replies that he does not care if she wants to continue to count the soup together with the life dept. She is dismayed that he would regard this issue in this manner. He asks, "So don't you want to repay me anymore?" Dong Hua says it is okay, it was only a few bowls of soup, not a big issue. Feng Jiu says, no the bowls of soup need to be repaid too, she cannot break the rules of Qing Qiu. She also cannot lose her Aunty's face. Dong Hua comments that Feng Jiu's Aunty has taught her well. Feng Jiu says that her Aunty always taught that words need to be accompanied by actions. Even Feng Jiu's parents say she resembles her Aunty when she was younger.
Dong Hua remarks that she resembles her aunt the most? When your Aunty was young, she came to Kun Lun mountain to study, and was more accomplished than you. With the  Kun Lun Shan (the magic fan), she was able to get rid 18 high immortals. Feng Jiu says that she has never heard her Aunty mention her time at Kun Lun Mountain, then hits her mouth (because she just told him about her Aunty). Dong Hua asks Feng Jiu if after living in the Heaven Palace, if Si Ming  has mentioned what kind of person Dong Hua De Jun is ? She replies that he is apart from mortal affairs and apart from the world, besides the big issues of the four seas and lands he has no respect for anyone and does not attend banquets, he is an immortal suitable to paint in a picture. He remarks then she does not need to worry  about him knowing about this,he is an immortal who rarely gossips. Feng Jiu asks him, truely,the  story that my Aunty is Si Yin, you won't tell others? Dong Hua says that he won't. Feng Jiu tells him this is Qing Qiu's biggest secret, she had just accidentally heard it, even Mo Yuan....
Dong say says that he ,Ling Bao Tian Jun and her aunt have a little fate with each other. Wait until your Aunty marries into the Heaven Palace, I will discuss this matter with her. Feng Jiu protests that didn't Dong Hua just promise not to talk about this matter to outsiders? He asks Feng Jiu if her Aunty is an outsider?

Back in the mortal realm, Su Su returns home to find smoke coming out of her kitchen. She goes to investigate and finds Ye Hua cooking for her. He says, you have returned? Put some more wood in the fire. Su Su is crying as she fans the fire and Ye Hua asks if she has gotten smoke in her eyes and to let him see. Su Su asks Ye Hua if he knows he has been gone for 1 year and 9 months? She asks if he is afraid when he gets back she will be old? Ye Hua admits he is afraid, so he is trying to think of a way they can live with each other in the long run. She asks if it is because his family do not like her? Or is it because he already has a wife? Ye Hua assures her that before he met her, he had never married anyone.  He tells her not to cry and she tells him she has always thought that if he already had a wife, she would not know what to do.
Su Su asks Ye Hua  how he knows how to make these complicated dishes. He replies, that he can't feed her raw meet everyday. She asks why he his face looks so annoyed, like as if  someone, once forced him to eat raw meat? Ye Hua says that there really was someone who forced him to eat raw meat. She asks really? Who is that unreasonable?

At the table, Ye Hua gives Su Su some extra food and tells her he has to leave again.
She asks if he really has to leave agin? Ye Hua tells her that he will leave tomorrow morning. Su Su asks how long he will be gone for this time, 1 year, 2 years or 10 years? She asks if he can take her with him this time and he says no. Su Su asks why he can't take her with him? He tells her this time it is extremely dangerous so he can't take her with him. Su Su tells him she is not afraid of danger, she is not afraid of mountains of swords or seas of fire, she is only afraid she can't stay with him. Su Su tells Ye Hua that she never knows where he is and when he will return and does not want to live like this anymore. She asks what he sees her as, his wife? If he sees her as his wife, then regardless of fortune or misfortune they should be together. Ye Hua tells her that he just doesn't want her to be in danger. Su Su tells him that he does not understand that even if she is in danger she still wants to be with him. Ye Hua is touched by her devotion and tells her to pack, tomorrow they will leave. She asks him really and he asks if she does not want to keep her word? She asks how can she not keep her words and asks him where they are going. He replies that she will know when they get there.

The next morning, Su Su is dressed as a young man and releases her pet bird. She tells it she has to leave now so she can't feed it anymore. If there is still fate between them, they will meet again later. Ye Hua comes in and gives Su Su back her fan saying it is a gift. Su su opens up the fan and Ye Hua sees her tap her nose with it (how he recognises her as Bai Qian). She is amazed at how it looks exactly like the man she had given to Yan Zhi. Even the painting of mountains and rivers on it looks like it too, the priest had said it was a painting of Kun Lun mountain. Ye Hua lies and tells her that most fans look the same, there is little variety in the  paintings of mountains and rivers. She agrees but says the painting on it is such a good replica.

Ye Hua takes Su Su over hills and even carries her over rocks (such beautiful scenery). They get to a forest clearing and he chases her around the trees.Eventually they encounter some fish people who want to kidnap them to take to their leader, and Ye Hua tells Su Su to go hide. He is able to dispatch most of them before some soldiers come to help dispatch the rest. It is revealed that the soldiers are lead by Die Feng ( Mo Yuan's senior student) who is amazed how much Ye Hua resembles Mo Yuan and says (Master?) in his mind. After seeing Su Su come to hug Ye Hua, Die Feng says to himself,(17th? Bai Qian's rank among the students). Die Feng sees the fan and recognised it as Yue Qing Kun Lun Shan, Bai Qian's weapon. He says to himself , no she is clearly a female and a mortal with no immortal aura, how can he be mistaken? She is not 17th but why is she holding Master's fan? And that man, although he is very like Master, he does not have his aura. Who is he? Ultimately who are they?

Die Feng approaches Ye Hua and Su Su to ask where they had come from? Ye Hua tells Su Su to wait for him so that he could speak privately with Die Feng. Ye Hua asks if Die Feng is the 2nd son of the western sea lord, Die Feng? Die Feng says yes and asks who Ye Hua is. He reveals he is crown prince Ye Hua. Die Feng is about to bow to him, but Ye Hua stops him, telling him that he is under the Heaven Kings orders to come to in disguise to Chang Hai . He explains to Die Feng that he wants no one to know his identity, even that young gentlemen. Die Feng says he understands and asks what  Ye Hua's purpose is for coming to Chang Hai? Ye Hua reveals it is because of the Fish People tribe. Die Feng says that he was saying that  the Heaven Palace needs to be more divisive and asks how Ye Hua knows his identity? Ye Hua tells him that he has heard the generals of the minor fractions mention that during these 10 thousand years, Die Feng has been assisting the water lord of Chang Hai to fight against the Fish People tribe. Ye Hua tells Ye Feng that is demeanour just then told him he had mistaken Ye Hua for his Master, Mo Yuan. Die Feng praises Ye Hua's perceptiveness and asks if he can tell him the history of the Yue Qing Kun Lun Shan? Ye Hua tells him it has been lost in the mortal realm and fell into the hands of the Demon King Li Jing, he saw that the fan was a weapon that belonged to Kun Lun so asked for it back. Die Feng is surprised it was found by Li Jing and asks Ye Hua to come with him back to Chang Hai. Ye Hua tells Die Feng that he does not need to call him "your highness" anymore, he can call him by his name, Hua Ye.

Under the sea, Die Feng tells Ye Hua and Su Su that this is the Chang Hai Crystal Palace, if they continue on they will leave the mortal realm and enter into the immortal land. Su Su asks Ye Hua what they were discussing so seriously for a long time? Ye Hua lies and says he was negotiating with Die Feng about not revealing that the fan was a fake so that he does not lose face in front of his wife. Su Su tells him she does not believe him, they were talking so long about the fan? Ye Hua asks what she thought they were talking about? She tells him, look at how that person dresses, his identity must be very special,was it because he saw how good you are at fighting  that he wanted you to join him and become a general? Ye Hua laughs and tells her to see less plays. Su Su asks if she guessed wrong and he tells her he is just an mortal, how can he get a high immortal to regard him so highly? Su Su is surprised that Die Feng is a high immortal. Die Feng asks Su Su if she knows that one day in the immoral realm is equal to one year in the mortal realm? Since you have come under the sea, everyday that passes is a year autumn passes and winter comes in the mortal realm. Su Su tells him she has seen this in plays, isn't it when you pass a few months we (mortals) are buried? Ye Feng tells her that so what if he has lived so long, these 70 thousand years he has been searching for a person, but has found no news and no longer wants to live.She asks if it is a relative and he says the person is not a relative but closer than one.

Meanwhile in a cave somewhere,Li Yuan the demon prince is brooding. Yan Zhi tells him she has arranged everything to take him to a more secluded place. He absolutely will not be discovered by 2nd brother (Li Jing). Li Yuan asks why he needs to hide from him? Yan Zhi explains that 2nd brother has been Demon King for 70 thousand years, his position is stable and that father lord's allies are no longer (alive). She suggests that he find a place,to live in content. The jewels she has been saving all these years is enough for him to live in luxury for the rest of his life. Li  Yuan pushes her away, but regrets it instantly. He says it is all his fault, for 70 thousand years the suffering he had experienced in the dungeon, she cannot imagine. So when he had left just then,his mind was not stable so he has accidentally (pushed her), (making excuses for his violent nature) Yan Zhi says she understands,and Li Yuan says he will definitely not spare Li Jing which she does not agree. Li Yuan says he will not say these things that she does not like hearing anymore. The Golden Lion Beast comes in to report that he has prepared everything, they can now go to Chang Hai. Yan Zhi is surprised but Li Yuan explains that the fish people tribe of Chang belonged to his mother (it was probably the other way around), so it seems they are the most trustworthy people. Yan Zhi protests but, Li Yuan explains that he wants to find a place that is safest to live in, perhaps she knows that between him and Li Jing is the grudge of killing mothers (they killed each other's mothers). This time he has escaped, sooner or later Li Jing will know, then he definitely will command his troops to hill him. So it seems at this moment, his mothers people can protect him.

Yan Zhi tells him eldest brother and 2nd brother both have equally important positions in her heart, she really does not want to see them have any battles to the death with each other. She asks if Li Yuan understands? He says he understands, but in the background the Golden Lion Beast is busy killing Yan Zhi's bodyguards. She tells the Golden Lion Beast that they are her closest allies that have been with her many years, why did he kill them? He explains that that this trip they are going is very secret, if one of them reveals the news your life could be spared but  he and eldest prince will not have a place to be buried. She tells him,that the bodyguards he had killed, grew up with her, how could they betray her? Li Yuan tells Yan Zhi that in this world there is no such thing as closest allies. That year, your brother (him)  was betrayed by those called his closest allies so he lost his position as Demon King and imprisoned in the dungeons for 70 thousand years. He immediately tells her they will no longer speak of this matter (and she realises what a psychopath he is).

In the Crystal Palace,Die Feng takes Ye Hua and Su Su to see his uncle the Water Lord of Chang Hai. Su Su asks Ye Hua if they are truly in the Crystal Palace and asks why he is so calm? He asks how is he supposed to act? She says , that is normal, he is after all a mortal cultivating the immortal arts, he probably has seen things like these in his dreams. He agrees that he has seen them.

Die Feng is greeted by his uncle the Water Lord of Chang Hai who thanks him for his service to the kingdom. Die Feng tells him he does not need to be so formal,the four seas are family,there is no difference between you and I. He then introduces Ye Hua and Su Su as his friends, he regrets that has not yet reported their presence but has brought them into Chang Hai and hopes his uncle will forgive him. The Water Lord assures him that it does not matter, if they are his friends then they will be honoured guests in Chang Hai.

Ye Hua tells Su Su that he has important matters to discuss with Die Feng, if she is tired she can rest, but if she wants to go for a walk, she needs to remember to bring the copper mirror. She asks why she needs to bring the mirror and he replies that he is afraid she will get lost. 

Su Su goes for a walk and encounters one of the princesses of Chang Hai talking to her maid and listens in on the conversation. The maid comforts the princess and tells her to stop crying. The fan is a treasure, the Water Lord has given to you, if tears fall on it, won't it break this valuable treasure? The maid assures her that the Water Lord only said her wants to take you to marry the leader of the Fish People Tribe.It is not certain that it will be you, isn't there still eldest princess? The princess replies that eldest princess is clever, how can she fight against with her? She might now be speaking to father lord so that I will be the one to forge this alliance. The leaders of the Fish People tribe all look very fierce, if I have to marry over there.... The maid advises her to listen to the Water Lord and marry the eldest son of Si Hai? The princess protests that isn't the eldest prince sickly? The maid suggests that she marry 2nd prince. The princess says logically, 2nd prince is not a bad choice and was Mo Yuan's senior student but..... The maid asks if the princess is still hoping to marry into the Heaven Palace, that crown prince she has never even met, how can she be so lovesick? The princess says that the crown prince is famous everywhere,in the four seas and eight realms he is the only one  who cultivates Buddhaism and Taoism. He is the student of Yuan Shui Tian Sun in Shang Qing Jing in (some other realm). The maid agrees that she has heard when he was born for 36 days there was a bright light in Heaven, 72 five coloured birds from the eastern realm flew up into the sky and flew around the Heaven Palace for 81 days. While Su Su laughs, the maid says she has learned all this off by heart and the princess asks, Who? (is laughing)

Ye Hua shows up and takes Su Su away. He asks if it is amusing to eavesdrop on other people? She tells him that the words the princess has said are really amusing. Su Su tells Ye Hua to sit down and she will tell him. She tells Ye Hua, that princess does not want to marry the leader of the Fish People tribe and thinks,why not marry the 2nd prince Die Feng? But she does not want to let go of the crown prince of Heaven. Su Su asks Ye Hua, is it not amusing? The issue is all 3 of the men do not have that intention towards her, especially when she talked so long about of that crown prince.  She asks Ye Hua if that crown prince really is that famous? He tells her that the crown prince of Heaven, in the four seas and eight realms there is only one, how can he not he famous? She agrees,and says the princess of Chang Hai is still a princess, she has not yet met him yet still longs for him. That means that this crown prince of Heaven is a person beloved by others. Ye Hua asks her if she has interest (in this person) and she asks if he is jealous? Ye Hua says no, but compared to that crown prince he has nothing,he is afraid she will endure hardship (fishing for assurances again!) Su Su tells him that she has already told him, even if he has nothing she will not scorn him. Ye Hua thanks his wifey for not scorning him.

Su Su tells Ye Hua that this place is good, but it is a pity that this place only has the smell of the sea and no fragrance of flowers. She tells him she would like to smell a mountain full of flowers.Ye Hua tells her that he knows of a place where peach blossoms bloom all year long and tells her to close her eyes, he will take her there.
They appear a peach forest and Su Su asks if this is an illusion? She then asks where they are and he replies it is the 10mile peach blossoms in Qing Qiu. She is amazed that this forest covers 10 miles. He tells her, there was a person who spent a long time growing this peach forest, besides there is nothing he cannot do. Everyday he would look after the peach forest and make his peach blossom wine. She tells him that that is such a carefree life. He asks if she admires that lifestyle and she says what is there to admire? We live in the mountain,isn't our life like that? Everyday we are free to hunt and cook and keep animals. Ye Hua agrees that they do not need to admire the lives of others. Su Su asks him if the person who lives here is his friend? Ye Hua replies that he has only met him a few times, and she asks if he is here. Ye Hua says that he does not think he is here because he cannot sense his immortal aura. It is because he is not here, that Ye Hua brought Su Su here. She asks him if the relationship between them is not good? Ye Hua says that he admires him but because of a few reasons it is not convenient to meet him (having a mortal wife and breaking his promise to Qing Qui). Ye Hua watches as Su Su plays with the fallen peach blossoms. Later they steal one of the bottles of peach blossom wine. Ye Hua remarks that he didn't know that Su Su knew how to drink. She answers that she didn't know either. Su Su asks Ye Hua if it okay that they have taken some of the wine. He replies it is okay, because they will not meet (Zhi Yan)again. She asks if you won't come back to see his friend anymore? Ye Hua says he will not come here again (because he will be faking his death). Su Su says, then she cannot come to the 10mile peach forest again.  Ye Hua tells her, that afterwards he will grow her another forest. Su Su says that she also wants 10 miles of it. After bringing Su Su back he finds a peach blossom on her and makes it disappear so he can keep it. Die Feng has been waiting for him and remarks that Crown Prince has elegant pursuits and has  not come back all night. Ye Hua tells Die Feng that she got over excited. Die Feng tells Ye Hua that he saw him carry her back and could recognise she is a girl. Ye Hua admits he is correct and Die Feng assures him he is not a noisy person, but he would like to remind Ye Hua that the great battle is nearing, besides that girl is a mortal, Ye Hua should soon take her away. Ye Hua replies that he also has this intention, for her safety and he does not want other people to know of her existence. Die Feng tells Ye Hua that as thanks for him coming to Chang Hai in person to rescue the people from suffering, he will keep his mouth closed over this matter and Ye Hua thanks him for keeping his secret. Die Feng remarks that it looks like his uncle does not want to start a war, he does not want to entirely be at odds with the Fish People tribe. Ye Hua tells Die Feng that he has been here for 10 thousand years, he understands the situation here is there a way to convince the Water Lord to quickly make a decision? Die Feng admits there is a way. The princess of Chang Hai is waiting with her maid who advises her not to hesitate anymore, the 2nd prince has not yet married.If the princess marries over there,she will be the chief wife. The maid says that she has heard that the eldest prince has been gravely ill for a long time, so the title of Western Water Lord will be passed to 2nd prince Die Feng. The princess says that all he knows his how to fight against the Fish People tribe. They have seen each other for 10 thousand years and he has never shown that kind of  interest in her. How can they in a few days.... The maid gives the princess a potion that she said she had taken from eldest princesses. It is a potion made from the morning dew and tells her to use it. The maid tells her to stop hesitating, if a woman is willing to put in some effort anything is possible. The maid says that we had just mentioned 2nd prince, he has already come. The princess comes to greet Die Feng and is immediately smitten by Ye Hua. Die Feng introduces him as a friend and the princess says his friend must have a name? She remarks how is name is similar to the name of the crown prince in Heaven. The princess comments that people with beautiful names must have the aura of an immortal, while Die Feng laughs awkwardly.

Meanwhile in the Heaven Palce, Feng Jiu is carrying a tray to Lian Song and Dong Hua who are playing chess. Lian Song tells Dong Hua that his father lord has set a wedding date for Ye Hua and Dong Hua asks, that soon? He admits that it is a rush but it is to ensure that this marriage does not encounter problems (another unwanted woman) Lian Song remarks that he is afraid this Bai Qian from Qing Qui is afraid her fiancé will be stolen again so she is in a hurry to get married, what a poor girl. Feng Jiu indignantly says that her Aunty is the most beautiful woman in the four seas and eight realms, so there is nothing for her to be afraid of. Beaside this marriage has been decreed by the elders of both sides. It is not certain if Aunty likes this fiancée, how can he be stolen? Feng Jiu offers Dong Hua some walnuts but he does not respond. She turns to Lian Song and tells him Si Ming told her to serve him well. Lian Song tells Feng Jiu she has helped him, he was losing this match but now it is good and she realises that she has put the tray of nuts on their chest board and removes it. Dong Hua asks what the people from Qing Qui have said in regards to the set marriage date. Lian Song says they have not yet answered.

In Qing Qui, Bai Qian's mother is looking at the letter from the Heaven Palace. She remarks that this Heaven Lord declared to the four seas that little 5th has sealed Qing Cang and made a big contribution and used this opportunity to mention the marriage. But now we don't know where little 5th is, how should we answer this? Her father replies that now we don't know where Qian Qian is, who has the time to  worry about this issue of marriage. Why don't we just break the engagement? Zhi Yan tells them that they cannot decline. That time, this marriage was decided by us both, if we decline this marriage without a reason, it will create a lot of controversy. Forth brother Bai Chen agrees saying, that little 5th has already had a broken engagement with 2nd prince, if this time we decline the marriage with the crown prince. In the four seas and eight realms no one will dare offer to marry her,  even if they had that intention, they would be afraid it would offend the Heaven Tribe. Won't this affect little 5th (to have no marriage prospects)? Mother protests that they want to marry on the 3rd of next month, where are we going to find little 5th to get married with them? Zhi Yan suggests that they say that now that the four seas knows, little 5th used her power to seal Qing Cang. We will say that after that she was injured and is now treating her wounds in seclusion, borrowing this excuse to drag out the marriage date. Fourth brother agrees but mother said they can't drag out the marriage date any longer.
Zhi Yan tells her that when he ascended to high god status he had slept for 1000 years, if little 5th is alive, no matter where she is, we will find her.

In Chang Hai, Ye Hua is surveying the army. Su Su tells Ye Hua that that princess keeps following them, from the Crystal Palace to here. In the evening, will she follow us to sleep? Ye Hua tells Su Su that it seems there are moments when she is jealous! He tells her in the tent there are many injured soldiers and it is not convenient for women to enter. He asks her to wait for him outside. Su Su is approached by the princess who asks her if Ye Hua is married? She tells her, from what she knows, he already has a wife. The princess is dismayed and asks what kind of person is his wife. Su Su tells her his wife is mortal. The princess says when she marries Ye Hua he will no longer be mortal. Su Su is dismayed that the princess wants to marry her husband. The princess tells her if she teaches him magic, he can become immortal this matter is not impossible. But when she marries him, as a princess she can only be chief wife,so that mortal wife will need to be divorced. Su Su asks if mortals all are treated this way. The princess assures her that she does not intend to disregard mortals, it is just immortals and mortals are different. If he wants to marry me, he will need to be an immortal. When he is an immortal, he can no longer be with that mortal, this is our rules. Su Su tells the princess, it depends if Ye Hua wants to become an immortal (marry the princess). The princess asks, how can there be a mortal who does not want to become immortal?

@Lyna I hope that SS and YH reunion comes soon! I wanna see her kick some richard simmons! Would be good if she can knock some sense into Tian Jun too. I want to see his expression when he finds out that BQ is actually SS who he looks down on so much (did not happen in the book). Hmph.

@valerierose I also teared up at that scene where YH is forced to remove SS's eyes and he apologised to her for not being able to protect her  SS looks so innocent and flustered there that it pains me so much just to think about it

Just to add on a little to @Evangeline Yang reply. Their son's name is Ah Li and he loves BQ dearly. In fact he very naturally called her mum the first time they met and is shown to like her a lot by always hugging her leg  or tugging at her sleeves and saying that she is the most beautiful goddess. The family is definitely united against Su Jin

It is a nice surprise that Ye Hua treats his son well in front of others! Like with a lot of royal children, they are not allowed a lot of affection and how he publicly treated Su Su, I am really really glad the little boy is well taken care of. :') So excited to watch the show every night. Hehe.

So Li Jing's dub is none other than his own voice!! Few actors take the time to provide their own dubs so I'm impressed. Watched a couple BTS or interviewers yet it didn't click with me until I got curious who the dubber is with the nice deep voice lol. Si Ming also provided his own dub

Just watched part of it live (connection real bad). SS eyes gone today and went into labour at the end of the episode so Ah Li will be born tomorrow. I think it is also likely that she will jump tomorrow although they did not show it in the preview. You will need tissue paper for today's episodes as well

Eposide 23 was so sad. ... Ye Hua can't do anything despite he knew Susu was innocent. And he also realized Tian Jun (his grandfather) actually wants susu to die. This part was so heart breaking.... I want to see how they will shocked to see bai qian after the death of susu.... can't wait for that part.....

Me too..I cannot wait until Bai Qian comes to claim her eyes from Sujin. Just like the expression on Sujin when Ye Hua stab her...I'll be in glee when she realize she's in deep trouble that the person she screw over as a mortal is actually High Goddess Bai Qian.

 

Oh no, I'm not ready for their goodbye. And my heart just breaks again for Ye Hua. He's trying so hard to protect her from his grandfather and yet he couldn't. It kills him inside more than Su Su know, hurting her.

Su Su should jump already.. i mean.. the whole book haven't even started. We are just through the epilogue and background flashbacks and more than one third of the drama is already gone.

But i really liked the way they fleshed out the background and add in more stuffs. I bet that scar on Su Su's arm from the fire will be used by Ye Hua to confirm that she is not just a doppelganger.

Is the live version different from whats on Le TV and on Youtube? Because this episode did not show her going into labor. I assume that  episode 24 and 25 will show the divide and SuSu's distrust in Yehua and the latter's official role as Crown Prince. The preview already shows that Susu trembles and withdraws her hand from Yehua in fear. We haven't even see when Sujin lies to SuSu. I assume that she'll go into labor at the end of episode 25, then jump in 26.

Sighhh.... Most of the people in the kingdom that interacts with SuSu are very cruel and haughty to her ...  Poor Su Su...  

Damn it... even tough I've watch the preview on Su Jin's narration saying to the mirror about Su Su's name.. watching it live still makes me disgusted with Su Jin... She and anyone else that was cruel to Su Su is the one that makes Su Su doubt Ye Hua.. and it makes my heart break for Su Su.. and also Ye Hua... 

At first I was a bit surprised on the story telling because it's in a linear timeline.. and different from the book. But afterward.. I'm glad that they made it this way.. all the backstory is told and we as the viewer got too see everyone's POV... 

Even the inclusion of Feng Jiu and Dong Hua is a breath of fresh air... although personally I think they deserve to have their own drama.. but nevertheless I'm also glad to have them on this drama.. albeit with a different story line.. Feng Jiu and Dong Hua's chemistry is rocking for sure.... Who knows maybe they'll give us Bai Gungun too ~crossing my finger~

I have faith on the drama to be a good one.. especially because the Director is someone i admire...
