Starts as it has ended last Sun. With HS in MR's ward. seeing the note she left behind. HS tries to call JH but he's at a presentation. After JH's successful prez, Jung Hoon confronts him, not happy and jealous. At that time, JH gets a call from MR. MR tells JH she's not going to take the surgery. Tells him to take care and live well. And thanks him. Then she hangs up.

MR takes a ferry to somewhere. As she is on the ferry, she thinks of the disgusting talk that SK had with her. Geez. That MAN! 

HS doesn't know what to do. She sits outside surgery room, waiting. Then JH sends her a text to tell her surgery has been cancelled. HS looks sad, stands up and walks off.

Mumcall JH and tells him shes not doing the surgery  leaves on a ferry she thinks of the harsh words of dad. He text HS to cancel the surgery

JH tries to think of where his mom has gone to. He thinks back on his convo with MR. Then, JH goes to see his dad and asks if he likes what he saw at the prez. Dad says good. Then he tells JH to get moving, get a divorce right after surgery. JH asks for time to settle the issue. Says he needs time. 

JH then goes to look for HS. Calls her from outside the nail shop. (Just like in prev). JH suggests to HS, go with him to look for mom. Bring ES too.

she asked if he is okay, is the trip to Japan okay, 

then he said he want her to do him a favor, that to meet his mother in her hometown, together, 

the mom is in his family graveyard and said it's been a long time and said if they are alright, there's another person, he is her oppa and he scolded her for be there that nothing she can really do, do she really care? she still want to give her greeting and he said did he knew what she did, he said that her son come begging for her surgery, she said she want to die there, crying and on top of the graveyard while the oppa just sighed

Eunsang family (3 of them) on the boat when to the JH mom places, Eunsang is so happy to be sailed and asked who they gonna saw, HS said it's the ahjussi mom, the grandmother (halmeoni yup!!)

MR visits her mom's grave. Her bro, JH's uncle isn't too happy. And tries to shoo her off.

JH, HS and ES (YEEEEYIPPEE) are on the ferry, heading to the island where his mom MR's hometown is. ES asks where they are going. HS says to visit her halmoni. As they disembark, they bump into mom being chased away by JH's uncle.

MR asks JH why come and look for her? She doesn't want to do any surgery. She's fine. She's comfortable now that she's here. Mom and son gets into some argument. HS looks on helplessly. 

 

Back on the other side, Easy Fox is looking for JH. Learns from staff that JH has gone on a work trip somewhere. NY asks about HS too. Then she thinks back to her convo with HS. NY heads off to look for chairman, like prev has shown. NY asks chairman for what JH and HS rship is like. She says they are together right now. Chairman is surprised. And sighs.

The family that just arrive meet the oppa/uncle that dragged JH mom to the Ferry, 

JH introduced her family to the oppa/uncle and the oppa/uncle said that he been hiding this to family, he even has a child, JH said he just didn't have time to inform it. The uncle left. The family catch up to JH mom, JH talk lone with her mom. She asking why he insisting in coming and etc (same meaning), he said "please,mom", he doesn't understand why she can't understand his intention, he said as last wish let's have family pic as grandmother and he said she is her wife (kyaaaaaa)

Nayoon came to the restaurant and asked where is JH, the gossip girl said he is going in business trip. NY almost left then she asked where is HS (ueeee?), the girl answer that she left with her daughter to Jejudo, NY gets suspicious. NY remember how HS congratulate her and JH, also when JH kicked her brother when HS get attacked (now you got it girl!!!).she fasten her seat belt and drove.

In Je judo (I suppose). HS dance with Eun Sung and get clapped by JH. JH mom saw them. 

The other villagers come and play with Eun Sung and said she looker like her dad and her grandma, JH mom excuses herself and left them. 

Sj called HY's friend and asked about the surgery, he asked if there's a problem but HS friend didn't talk much. The MIL overheard it and asked if HS is sick, he tried to lied and she keep asking where she  is sick or she need to asked HS herself. He brushed it off and said she didn't need to worry that much (in implied)

NY goes to met the chaebol dad, they sat and he asked what happen, is there a problem?
then she asked JH and HS relationship, they now are left together, the dad shocked at them being together
