Park Sol-mi to star in "Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho"

Actress Park Sol-mi is starring in the KBS 2TV drama "Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho".

"Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho" is about a lawyer named Jo Deul-ho (Park Shin-yang) who broke all bias about the job of being a lawyer and does everything in his power for his clients.

Park Sol-mi takes on the role of lawyer Jang Hye-kyeong from a major law firm. Her father is a legendary character in the law department and she is good looking and intelligent. She's competitive and realistic as well.

Park Sol-mi apparently synchronizes well with Jang Hae-kyeong and she is capable of proving a woman crush.

"Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho" starring Park Sol-mi, Park Shin-yang, Kang So-ra and Ryoo Soo-yeong will be broadcast in March.

Actress Kang So-ra confirmed Tuesday that she took the role of Eun-jo, a talented female lawyer in KBS2’s forthcoming TV series “Cho Deul-ho the Lawyer Next Door.” 

The new drama will be aired after the fantasy TV drama “Moorim School” is completed.

In the TV series, based on an eponymous webtoon, the 25-year-old Kang will costar with veteran actor Park Shin-yang, acting the protagonist lawyer Cho Deul-ho expelled by the prosecutor’s office after investigating the murky case of a whistleblower and seeking justice.

The webtoon “Cho Deul-ho the Lawyer Next Door” which kicked off in 2013 dealt with legal issues people might encounter in everyday life and was highly acclaimed.

So here's what @rynn_peace roughly translated. 

Apparently the writer of "1000 won worth lawyer" won an open competition for scripts by Sbs culture foundation in may last year and is accusing NL for plagarizing.

But lol tbh the webtoon was out since 2013, so isn't the writer plagarizing the webtoon instead? Idk.. seems like a war between writers?

Seems like it.. I think things like this will always happen between writers.. I hope it won't affect our drama that badly..sighhh.. 

Hahaha yes dongjun does have feminie features, I wonder if his character will be the runner doing all the errands, like needed action scenes to obtain evidence ? Since most of his acting roles in the past consist of some form of action. :D and he's well known to be very athletic.

Let's keep our fingers crossed that everything would end well, just storm in a teacup.

Oh dong jun has acted before, I thought he is some singing idol in his debut drama, sorry dongjun! Hmm he is usually in action roles with that pretty face B). I would love to see Sora having some action scenes as well. :D
