@alekaonu - chingu! I appreciate the shout out. I didn't realize KSR had a new drama in the works! It's wonderful news. I can also see some of the Warmers from WAC here,  hello guys! 

A whistleblower in Korea is viewed as a bad person but elsewhere they're considered heroes. What an interesting cultural contradiction.  Maybe it's because Koreans value "Jeong" or brotherhood over business, they would not "rat" each other out till they die.

Today Kang Sora follows Park Shin Yang in Instagram.... I hope they will post many photos of backstage during the drama !

So excited seeing Sora in new drama, moreover it's legal drama. In many ways it look similar to Legal High except the genius/arrogant hero and the overall style and tone. Anyone reading the webtoon? is it more drama, comedy or maybe action? or mixed those genre? well whatever always refreshing to see this kind male-female hero-sidekick in kdrama (so far I only see Dr. Frost)

Park Shin-yang - I only seen him 'Promise' movie and few episode of Lovers in Paris, when he was rather young lol and now excited seeing him as charismatic ahjussi  <3

It will be my first time watching respective director and writer's work, I heard great thing about Healer.

Anyone know production house behind this drama?

Neighbourhood Lawyer Jo Deul Ho will be co- produced by Park Shin Yang's agency who bought the webtoon rights and production is ongoing at SM C&C

In this interview I had a feeling that So Ra will have a kbs drama and especially granting So Ra's wish to have a different genre of plot. Because she just wrapped up her WAC romantic plot at MBC and SBS offering a romantic comedy too with Rain, its a good choice of drama also but I think she didnt want a comeback drama with the same genre of story hehe just saying. Heol?!!! Hope she can work at 3 big stations in a year and a TVN drama again!! 

Im not having a big expectations here as long a So Ra will have a drama, 

i'll always support her

was racking up links on possible eng trans of hatchling webtoon, even his previous works

but nahh, cant find any in eng trans/sub like  CITT and IMAAF, maybe sis  @lummy whose

their last produced  was  JTBC disaster drama D-Day with Jung So-min (an SM c&c artist) checking the list of the actors under their management,

and surprise surprise, this may be the first drama they produced which dont have any of their artists in casts....

I think actors are alright as long as they don't squeeze in their k-pop idols or entertainers.

Not familiar with SM but I heard they have  reputation.

Tbh I was pretty surprise too that it's a Sm production. Yea normally they would have their artists in one of the leads, suprisingly all 4 leads are not from SM. 

I'm guessing Park ShinYang's agency has probably more say in the casting process..

Looks like MBC and SBS dramas on the same timeslot as Neighbourhood Lawyer has been released.

kang ji wan and jang geun suk  dramas  hmmmm

the one is focus on 1997 financial crisis (50eps) , while JGS is  a joseon era gambler story (24eps)

with both actors having their comeback in small screen, and our neighborhood lawyer's PSH too...

i  think this is going to be a merry healthy competition for our big 3 (SBS, KBS and MBC) hope all will do well... fighting!

It all bows down to the storyline and how well the production execute the scripts well.. looks likes it's gonna be a competitive year. So many dramas are out this year with alisters and veterans making comebacks..hehehe what an exciting year ahead..
