They say that practice makes perfect, which means that most K-pop rookies have a long ways to go before attaining ultimate perfection. (We're not judging; it's just human nature!) We've all watched our favorite idols mature over the years, improving their singing, dancing, rapping, and variety show skills, from album to album.

Which idol sticks out in your mind as the person who has improved significantly since debut? And conversely... which idol sticks out in your mind as someone who perhaps has coasted by on natural good looks and/or talent for far too long?

Bangtan of course. They improved a lot >< 
When they first debut, everyone was giving them a hard time thinking they wont make it. Now look where they are... so popular and talented, not to mention handsome as well >< ㅋㅋㅋ

I think Lovelyz !! They improve so much ... And now they have their nickname. . Quen Accapella .. Also the member such as Jiae and kei the comic girls ...

I would say its Secret! If you were a long time fan of Secret you would definitely see a vast of improvement coming from each of the girls from releasing an album to solo debut to acting! Even though Secret was not greatly known anywhere in the world but they are still considered an idol which I adore the most!!

of course GOT7...even tho ppl saying they're from big3 company, but the struggle of many kpop groups exist cannot be forgotten. Many ppl seemed to forgot that GOT7 is from JYPE because they didnt make hit during 2014. Up untill now, if there are articles about JYP success in 2015, we barely see GOT7 mentioned. But Im glad they did make their own success in 2015, even tho not in the eyes of korean, awards organizer or music shows.,,their fandom is growing. People finally started to know them. Their music might not suit korean taste but they did well internationally. GOT7 also mentioned they're still unknown to many ppl and hoping ppl giving their time a little to try listen to their songs. I hope they will make huge success in 2016!! GOT7 fighting!!!

PARK JIYEON of T-ARA  improved so much. Her singing ability inproved significantly. At first she can't even reach that normal notes. But now she can do some long notes and easy high notes. You can compare it in her debut songs and latest songs. And she so stable in live stages. Now she can do everything ✔Singing ✔Dancing ✔Visuals

She is so TALENTED

I think BTS has improved the most. After listening to Boy In Love recently & then listening to Run and Butterfly, you can notice a significant improvement in the music!!!

BEAST's Dongwoon! He was like, subx4 vocal and now all of his hyungs are always complimenting his singing ability and he's doing musicals and debuting in Japan ㅠㅠ I need a Korean solo debut from him  ㅠㅠ
