why no one can mention my user name .....it doesnt appear in the drop list of mentions

I guess it's because you have those two underscores in your username. I don't think those are counted as actual characters and since there's already a "marwa" user, it seems you don't exist.

If you got here: http://www.soompi.com/login/?action=profile you can change your username into something that comes up in the search option  I know it's not the best solution, but I'm afraid it's the only one I can offer.
